Graduation weekend

We booked our stay and the unit was very nice. We had great parking in driveway. Everything was nice and clean and we were very comfortable. Thank you Ed and Kelly

Fabulous stay!

This property is absolutely wonderful! We stayed for several days while we moved our son into CU Boulder. There is a second room with a futon in addition to the bedroom. The property was well appointed, spotless and super spacious! A true "home away from home" for the week! PERFECT location! We walked to brunch and dinner multiple nights and it is also close to the North Boulder Park for wonderful walks in the park too! Kelly and Ed are wonderful to deal with...everything was seamless! Will defintely be back! :-)

Great rental, very comfortable!

My wife and I had a great stay at this very clean and roomy rental. Comfortable bed and upgraded appliances. Only con is that the gas fireplace has been disabled by owner.

Loved everything about the place. Looked exactly as shown on the website. Also, just a quick Uber ride to Pearl. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Boulder stay for Mom's Weekend

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property was "as shown" on the Vrbo site and location was convenient to Pearl Street as well as my daughter's sorority on University Hill.

Prime Time

You couldn't ask for an apartment with a better location or finish. All appliances are top-of-the-line, the rooms spacious and Kelly bends over backwards to ensure her guests have the best experience possible. Spacious rooms with plenty of living space, beautifully appointed and use of the back deck on sunny days coupled with being within walking distance of Community Plaza shopping and the downtown mall make it an ideal spot for visiting Boulder. Enjoy!

Extremely nice, clean and well appointed apartment

Very comfortable and clean place. Ed and Kelly were extremely responsive and added some nice touches to the place (fresh flowers on the cocktail table!)

Modern apartment, close to everything

Ed’s place is all brand new, very modern and clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to everything. The apartment is great for a couple, lots of space. The check in process was seamless, Ed and Kelly were super easy to communicate with.

It's a great little house!

We stayed here for 3 nights, this house was cozy, comfortable, very clean. The owners were just upstairs if we needed anything at all and they were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Great home base in Boulder

This property was stylish and clean. It was more spacious than I expected. Check in was easy and as described. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions or needs that arose. I really liked how the bathroom could be accessed from the main living space, so we didn't have to go through the bedroom to reach it. There is a futon that can be used for more flexible sleeping arrangements. I loved the North Boulder location - quiet, but still close to shops and restaurants and the University. We would definitely stay here again!

Boulder trip

I can not say enough of good things about the property. Very convenient location close to Pearl Street, Ideal Market and short drive to all trails. The house is well lit, modern, super clean, has all the amenities, and we were happy to return to cozy and welcoming place after hiking and feeling tired. Kelly is a great hostess, and always ready to help. We enjoyed our stay, and if visit again, will try to stay there again!

We loved our stay in Boulder at this great space. Kelly was great and her home was perfect for our long weekend getaway to Boulder. We highly recommend and would return.
