This condo is perfect for a small family, location could not be better. It's a smaller complex and it is quiet and feels private. Parking is easy, walkable to all shops/restaurants and CU Boulder. The condo was clean, owner's communication was easy and reliable. Beds comfortable. The lights, toilet and blinds are all on a "smart" system which can take a bit to figure out--but any issues and you context or email the host!

Beautifully updated unit with many convenient “smart features” - window shades, fireplace, and touchless bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Located close to all the central Boulder action. Covered, reserved parking space was much appreciated.

Hi Carrie, thank you for the review. Can you let us know what was under stocked in the kitchen? We go beyond most Airbnb host and have all spices, salt, olive oil, coffee, sponges, paper towels, and so much more. Hopefully, you were able to see this. Please communicate with us next time so we can help you find items that you may have missed. Kindly, Jen
