Holiday home located within walking distance to the beach and Øster Hurup town. Bright and spacious living room in connection with kitchen and dining area and with access to a large wooden terrace. Utility room with washing machine, bathroom with shower and toilet and double bedroom. Entrance hall with stairs to the 1st floor, where there are two large double bedrooms and a small living room. The cottage is located on a large plot with lawn with space for ball games and play. Not for rent to youth groups.
Layout: open kitchen(cooker(electric), hood, coffee machine, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), Living/bed room(TV, stove(wood)), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(double bed), bathroom(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine), carport, terrace, garden, high chair, geothermal energy, air to air heatpump

These costs are mandatory and charged on site. They are not included in the rental price.
