Our stay was really great. Usually the pictures don't reflect what the house actually looks like, but this house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The view from the upper deck was fabulous!

The house was great! It was very clean and the location is perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and it's close to Broadway. We really enjoyed the view of the downtown from the second floor porch. The hosts had a folder full of good information about Nashville. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay in East Nashville, in the "the blue house"! The listing is exactly as described and better than imagined. Location was great with plenty to eat and drink within walking distance and Ubers were quick for longer jaunts. Hosts were fantastic and communicated well, especially helpful with a blunder on made upon booking. Highly recommend!

Great owner and place

The property and location were perfect and being able to bring our dog and have a gated yard was so helpful. The owner was super responsive and if you are going to Nashville with a pet, this is the place!

This was a very nice property. The house had all the amenities needed, other than paper towels. The main level has a half bath, kitchen and living room. The upstairs had all of the bedrooms including the master. Overall happy with the stay and the hosts were great!

First time in Nashville

Loved the location! View of the city was incredible. We walked our dog every morning at Shelby Park. House was tidy but could use a little more TLC. Overall I would recommend for a weekend.

Beautiful home in a great location

This is a beautiful and comfortable home with all the amenities needed (and then some). It was also a very quick ride to downtown, and convenient for rental scooters or Uber. If the size of our group on our next Nashville visit is similar to this trip, we will likely look to rent this home again.

Fantastic house, great location

We loved our stay in your house. We were traveling to take our daughter to college and brought our dog. The fenced backyard was perfect for him To Run around in. The house was spacious and comfortable and had everything needed. It was a perfect for us! Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Myself, my husband, another couple and a friend all stayed here together. We had no issues with the house and had no complaints. It was about $15 Uber to downtown.

Perfect Nashville Getaway

The house was perfect for three couples! We were comfortable and had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. We were close to downtown with easy freeway access as well. Recommend taking an Uber into downtown because parking is expensive. It was super fun and would definitely stay in this house again!

Wonderful house

My family stayed here for a football game at Nissan Stadium. The Stadium is about 1 mile away which was an easy walk for my family (including my very short-legged 9 year old). The house itself was super clean, exactly as advertised, and just perfect for the weekend. It also has a very cute backyard, which is great for a dog and for just hanging out back. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for folks visiting the area.

Family reunion visit

We had family coming together from 3 different locations and we weren’t too sure about where to stay. This home is a great location for those looking to stay close to the downtown area but not be in the middle of the chaos. Plenty of great restaurants close by. The house was exactly as shown with plenty of amenities. I reached out to the owner twice about some questions we had and Jim was very quick to respond. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay when we come through again.

We are Nashville locals that had this home built in 2006. We still live in Nashville and take great pride in maintaining this home for our guests. The house has wonderful views of the Nashville skyline, a great fenced in private backyard, plenty of seating indoors and out. it is well equipped with comfortable furnishings, bedding, google fiber Wi-Fi, smart TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms.

A short stroll takes you to Five Points and the Shoppes at Fatherland — a collection of independent boutiques, artisans, and makers perfect for one-of-a-kind souvenirs and local wares. Weekends mean farmers’ markets, live music spilling out of hidden bars, legendary brunch spots with mimosa buckets, and some of the city’s best restaurants and craft breweries (no chains, no tourist traps).

It’s creative, laid-back, and undeniably cool — the side of Nashville you came here to experience. You get the energy of downtown when you want it, then come home to space, quiet, and a private balcony that looks straight at the skyline.

For us, it’s the ideal balance, and guests tell us it’s exactly why they’ll never stay downtown again
