We stayed at Muse the week of 8/9/26 and it was hot and humid. Their location to Broadway was one of the reasons we booked. The property is well kept, and it was nice they let us know of the luggage storage available at Nashville Wellness and IV, which is near the entrance, for a small fee per bag.The lobby was and elevators were clean and inviting. The pictures of 507 were like the ones on their VRBO listing. The condo was also clean.For the most part we enjoyed our stay, except for the a/c not reaching the bedrooms at night. With no fans, air movement was ‘nil. It worked great when relaxing, cooking, etc. A couple of minor things with the inside knobs and a well-used frying pan. It could use some paint touch-ups here and there. 2 of the 3 mattresses, to our group, were not good. Kind of “lumpy”, “saggy” and unconformable. You could feel your partner when they shifted their body. They provided great amounts of towels, shampoo/conditioners, dishwashing soaps, etc. Excellent communication between the property manager and us. Again, the location to Broadway was wonderful, which made for reasonable Uber rides. We’d stay again, but in cooler months.
