Boathouse on the Water is an enchanting boathouse conversion resting on the outskirts of Bowness-on-Windermere in the Lake District. There is one king-size-bedroom within the studio layout and a ground-floor shower room, making the property suitable to sleep up to two people. On the first floor is an open-plan layout holding the bedroom area as well as a kitchen, dining area and a siting area with a balcony. Outside is your own private hot tub as well as a designated parking space for one car. Boathouse on the Water is a dazzling dwelling, ideal for your romantic retreat in the Lake District.

There is use of life jackets and a kayak which can be found in the wet dock and accessed on the ground floor. Please note as the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, re filled and re heated between each booking it may not be at the optimum temperature until at least 7pm on your day of arrival and on your day of departure the hot tub will be drained at 9.30am.
