This property is only 4 houses down from the entrance to beautiful Footbridge Beach , a fabulous location for your family vacation. The quiet neighborhood is family friendly and set back off the main road, while still very close to all that Ogunquit has to offer with boutiques and restaurants. Also enjoy the river, marsh, dune and ocean views from the 2nd floor deck. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, Cable TV including both 52 and 40 inch flat screen TV's, W/D, Gas Grill, Fireplace, Enclosed Porch, Internet Access, Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, a private back yard, waterviews and more!! Minimum 1 week rentals.

Great location

The location is fabulous. Two constructive comments: 1. Really need A/C -4 of the 7 nights, No breeze in the BR’s. 2. Should have hardwood not carpet in the BR’s and living area.

AMAZING!!!

My parents 50th anniversary was a few weeks ago and my sister and I decided to rent Teds home for the family to be together to celebrate. I can not say enough amazing things about Teds home. The location and size was perfect. The photos do not do it justice. My parents were over the moon and cant stop saying how perfect the entire trip was. I would highly reccomend!

Great week in OGT

Fantastic location. The house was as described and well equipped. The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. We had plenty of room and really enjoyed the deck overlooking the marsh. All and all, a great vacation.

GREAT GREAT GREAT location!

This place was amazing! Super close to footbridge. Spacious, renovated, family friendly, great views and very responsive owners. Been coming to OGT for 30 years and this was my favorite. We will be back next year for sure!

Great House!

The house has a nice backyard for grilling and eating outside. Top deck was great for hanging out day or evening and has beautiful view of river/ marshes. Easy walk to Footbridge beach! We had one brutally hot day and no AC was a little rough but ample fans were on hand which helped a bit. We had between 5 and 6 adults in house and were very comfortable! Quiet residential neighborhood. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect house for a get away

The house was perfect for the 8 of us and could easily have held a couple more! Comfortable open floor plan, all the items you need in the kitchen and for the beach! Ted was super responsive and helpful whenever we communicated. We will be going back. Thank you!

great location!

The house was very clean and adequately equipped for our two night stay with 6 adults and 3 children. The location is fabulous - very easy walk to beautiful Footbridge Beach and also to a couple of restaurants. Bringing our own linens and making the beds was a bit of a nuisance.

Incredible location, spacious, and great views

It doesn't get closer to a better location for a family trip. The house was as described and a great location. It's a quick walk to the beach. I don't think there is a more unique location to have both a tidal river and ocean view. The upstairs deck is wonderful in the evening where we enjoyed the freshest Maine lobster. The Adirondack chairs are great to relax and watch the sunrise.
