Fantastic location!
3 bed , 2 bath house located close to everything! Less than 2 miles to fabulous area beaches, great restaurants and shopping. Quiet location with plenty of parking, large yard and deck, and lots of storage for things like bikes, kayaks, beach toys etc. Only 5 miles to either Kennebunkport or Ogunquit!

The house was perfect for our trip,close to everything with plenty of space. Last minute booking, we were so happy to have such a nice place available.

Marathon Weekend

Stayed at the property this past weekend (First weekend of May). The house is beautiful and a great find. I highly recommend staying if you are in the Wells area and looking for a getaway. Porch is great to sit on and relax on. The heated fan in the upstairs bathroom is a nice addition for a quick heat up after any shower.

Bright, private & newly renovated!

Gorgeous private yard with deck and fire pit. Perfect location with easy access to the highway. Great WiFi - even outside! Great sheets and towels. Nicely staged and all new furniture. Extremely comfy beds and sofa

This house is totally renovated on a dead-end street that makes it very private and quiet neighboring houses. It was a 3 generation all adults vacation with enough space for everyone to enjoy especially evening meals together. The deck was a great place to relax in the sun or shade. Comfortable beds and nice linens are provided. Very close to a variety of beaches, restaurants, shops etc.Easy check in and secure locks. The kitchen doesn't have a dishwasher, so we used a lot of disposable plates and cutlery. The outdoor grill was used for meats. Basis cooking utensils, cookware and dishes are provided.WI-Fi was very good for all to use.Everyone had an enjoyable relaxing time together!
