Luxury Condo! Water and Golf Course view from top floor corner condo (with elevator access). Two bedroom, two bath, king bed in master suite, XL twin beds in second bedroom. Formal dining room, breakfast nook, TV in Master Bedroom and Living Room with cable hook-up and Internet service throughout desk in guest bedroom with printer in closet. Condo is fully furnished with all the amenities and beautifully decorated for comfortable living including full size washer and dryer in condo. Lanai overlooks the 11th green and 12th tee box across a pond. Covered parking within steps. Conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment (downtown Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota).

Arnold Palmer designed 36 hole Championship Golf Courses in gated community.

Golf transfer fee required approximately $600 plus tax for length of stay. Use of the driving range, chipping and putting greens are included for the duration of your stay. You will enjoy a new ( two years) golf course with lush fairways and pristine greens. After the transfer fee you will only have a cart fee based on the number of holes (9 or 18) you sign upon for.
The construction of eight Har-Tru tennis courts, large Lagoon style pool, Lap pool, Children’s pool, poolside dining, full service SPA, fitness center are all complete. The formal restaurant is just month from completion.

Renters are encouraged to contact owner for additional information regarding taxes and a potential savings.

Personally followed that up with my personal touch to decorate, furnish and add amenities to make this proper;ty ;your home away form home.

This up scale 2/2 condo sits on the top floor of the newest developments in Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch. Enjoy the peaceful environment while watching the golfers navigate the 11th and twelve 12th hole across a quiet pond at Lakewood National. Or try your hand on the Arnold Palmer Designed (2) 18 hole golf course.
Extend your stay or return in the fall, September, October, November or December to enjoy the amenities now completed. These fall months are absolutely some of the best time to be here. Your stay will be enhanced by the cooler temperatures, low humidity, reasonable greens fees, reciprocal accommodations at many area golf courses and restaurant and other attractions without the hassle (fewer seasonal guesses..
