We had a fantastic stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for both relaxation and convenience, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. The host communicated clearly and promptly, and the property was very well-maintained. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed staying here, and being centrally located in Bradenton was such a plus. I would highly recommend this house for a quiet, and peaceful stay. When we go back to visit family, we would gladly stay here again if it is available. Also, want to thank the owner publically for being so responsive to our questions when we had them.

Sooo beautifull

This year we spent our vacation in Bradenton. As pensioners, we (my wife and I) used the very beautiful townhouse in the months of June/July. It was wonderful! The house was very clean and well maintained. The equipment was optimal for us and nothing was missing. The kitchen was very modern and the kitchen utensils extensive and of high quality. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and spacious. We enjoyed the evenings in this very quiet and safe environment. Porch and grill were used almost daily. The neighbors were very nice and friendly. The location of the residential complex absolutely exceeded our wishes. The proximity and quality of the beaches are fantastic. The residential complex has a very nice leisure area that can be used exclusively by the residents. The pool is large and very well maintained. The host Margaret is very nice and responds to questions immediately. She's fantastic. For us, the holiday was an all-round experience and we enjoyed it. Thomas & Ute

Amazing place

The house was exactly what it said. It’s a really good size, nice and ample space to move about. The kitchen had everything you need and more, well equipped. The rooms were big and had space to unpack your clothes. The area is nice and quiet, all shops are close by. We never walked anywhere as it was too hot, but lots to shop. We will definitely be back, the host was always available to answer questions. We used the communal pool, it was clean and lovely.

Comfortable and Clean

I had a great stay with my dog. Condo was as described, very comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Communication was easy, as was the check-in process. Overall this is an outstanding value for the location and would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you!

Sunny Day in Florida

The house was clean it was a old neighborhood but well maintained neighborhood was friendly safe to walk around evening nice people nice pool to swim and sun oneself there was a washer and dryer kitchen was nice and clean everything we needed to cook with plenty of towels house was well maintained I would stay there again if available.

Convenient and Well Stocked!

We used this home as a base to travel from to look for a new home in the area. The home is very conveniently located. Near all the shopping one would need, a short drive to the beach and nearby a wonderful public recreation center. Great pool in the facility a few short blocks from the house. We stayed with our elderly dog - it worked out fine. It was stocked with all one would need - towels, linens, cooking pots/pans/utensils, TV, WiFi, etc. Also - very friendly neighbors. We had a minor plumbing issue - it was taken care of immediately. Only one negative observation - the property is a bit dark inside. On the upside, that would keep the unit cooler in the hot months! Bottom line: we would stay there again!

Excellent stay

Property is in a lovely community. Very nice neighborly community close to any creature comforts you could imagine. If I had to say something that was not the greatest, it would be if you had to get from the house directly to 75, the main thorough fare takes a bit of time, but if you use your direction apps, they have been very helpful to find quicker ways to get to major thoroughfares. Owners of property are easy to get a hold of and extremely responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Bradenton vacation

Stayed a week at this lovely town house, everything was clean and very well taken care of, plenty of supplies provided in the home, had no issues w any plumbing or etc, home was kept very clean and had an amazing ac system that automatically kicked on, very smooth sailing with our stay, would definitely recommend booking !

Paid to stay and worked for free

I stayed for the entire month of May and my sister joined me with her 8-month-old for 9 days and later my spouse joined me for 3 days. The unit was admittedly by the owner and caretaker unclean upon my arrival. They said they did not have time to get it done before my arrival. I arrived at 8 pm after traveling 16 hours. The smell in the house was so bad that I wanted to exit the house as soon as I arrived and find another place. I was never offered another location. You could smell the odor at the front door before you opened the door. I was completely unable to eat in that condo for days because the vents would blow the stink. There was animal hair all over the vinyl flooring upon my arrival and the carpet had stains. The bed in the main room had pee stains. I slept on the couch until I could get a bed cover and clean everything. I needed to borrow a vacuum because the provided vacuum cleaner was too old to do the job. I cleaned for three days to deal with odor and dirt. They had the carpets cleaned. I lost 4 days of my vacation stay over cleaning and later during my vacation, calling and then waiting most of the day over internet issues. The cable tech said there was something larger than a rat living in the attic (maybe the odor) and the vents took 14 days to clear the odor. Not all the lights in the kitchen worked unless the lights stayed on for some time. I guess they needed to warm up. I was told that if I want to leave the rental I would be reimbursed, but I could not find another property on short notice in the area I wanted to stay. So, if I choose to leave, I would have eaten the cost of traveling by road for 16 hours, my sister would have needed to get her flight and rental car returned and my spouse would have needed to cancel his flight. Vrbo told me to purchase what I needed to clean and to knockout the odor of what I believed to be cat pee at the time, and they would refund the cost (not true). I was given a refund of the cleaning fee from V and the two insurances I purchased to protect their property and rental agreement. I asked for the 4 days back and the cost of the cleaning supplies. The host said they would, but they have not as of yet. It is a great location, and the neighborhood and people are great. Not a party spot.

Great location

We had a great stay again at this home. Margaret was prompt in responding to our rental questions. The beds are comfortable, the towels are plush and plentiful. We really enjoyed using the pool, too. The location is close to Publix, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the local golf courses, too.

The Perfect Location

This was the perfect location between my Mom's and the beach! Please let me know if you ever want to sell. I met friends and enjoyed the aquasize, biking and had hoped to learn pickle ball... next time :)

Great House with all we needed.

We stayed in this house for 9 nights. It was as advertised. The house was very clean when we arrived. Our kids loved the neighborhood pool. It was a short drive to the Bradenton-area beaches. There was a Publix, Walmart and other essentials shopping close by- close enough to walk with a cart or a wagon. I walked three miles each morning (to IMG Academy and back) and felt safe. There are also many looping streets in the neighborhood for shorter walks. Lots of ponds with ducks and geese as well as a fair amount of cranes and cormorants. Did not see any alligators in the ponds. The locals said they had never seen alligators in the neighborhood ponds. The beds had fresh sheets and were in good shape. Plenty of towels for the shower and swimming. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Perfect especially for the price! Spacious property in a quiet community. Nice pool and close to restaurants & beaches. Came equipped with beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs, etc which is so appreciated when just traveling to Florida for a couple days. It was exactly what we expected and we were happy. Thank you!

Needs improvement

The host is wonderful at responding and was quick at fixing what needed to be fixed. The house was a little outdated and the wood flooring throughout the house needs replaced has big cracks and is pulling up in areas. The pull out couch was broke also so was not able to use it. But overall enjoyed our stay!
