The cosy fireplace, comfy sofa or the sunshine filled garden make it a perfect spot to work from home, read, dine or just chill out.
We love our garden and neighbourhood close to Stoke Newington and the Woodberry Down Resevoir nearby which has a great cafe and good for a run.
Great connection thanks to various tube stations and the overground nearby which takes you to Liverpool street city center in 18min.
