Also on the first floor is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, there is another twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second twin bedroom with a separate adjacent bathroom. A large lounge and dining area include a flat-screen TV and a fireplace. The dining table and chairs are set near patio doors that lead to a covered terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has direct access to a barbecue terrace. Additionally, there is a games room with a pool table off the hallway.



Outside, the villa features a large private pool with a terrace and a spacious lawn equipped with sun loungers. There is also a barbecue area with a table and chairs. The private pool is kidney-shaped, measuring 10 by 5 meters, with a depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters, and includes Roman stairs. Pool fencing is available on request for a fee of €125.
