A self contained annex with open plan living, dining and kitchen area with stairs leading to a bedroom with three single beds (two of which can be made into a double). WC and wash basin off upstairs bedroom. Separate double bedroom with shower wet room off. Washing machine and dishwasher.

Shared use of large garden including seating plus use of private driveway behind electric gate.

Within walking distance of Lannacombe and Hallsands beaches and the South West Coast Path.

Wonderful long weekend stay

We had a wonderful long weekend stay in this Barn with our son & a friend attending a wedding in the area. Everything was perfect & we would give the whole stay 5 stars. The location could benefit from What 3 Words or the GPS location in the directions as because the gate entrance is slightly set back from the road we did pass it 3/4 times before realising it was the entrance. Also the single beds are kids beds … a bit small for a 6’3” sports playing adult! But property still gets 5*’s from us !

Willkommen in den Lanes

Die Vermieterin war hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist ausreichend gross und modern eingerichtet. Der auf den Bildern zu sehende Teich&Whirlpool sind auf dem Privatgrundstück der Vermieter. Hätten vorher gerne über die Lanes Bescheid gewusdt. Ansonsten alles tip top!

Sehr schönes geräumiges Cottage

Ruhig gelegenes und sehr gepflegtes Cottage, großräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber haben sehr nett empfangen und waren jederzeit ansprechbar und in greifbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
