Villa Meštrović is placed just 3 km from Zadar center, in quiet neighborhood Bokanjac. This charming villa is close to all amenities including beach, just 3 km from the villa.

Staying in villa Meštrović feels like staying at home. Property is surrounded by wall so you will have total privacy enjoying in swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. You can prepare Dalmatian specialties on the barbecue, and in dining area in the courtyard you can enjoy in shared meals with your family and friends. There is also a big terrace overlooking the pool suitable for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

Interior of the villa is decorated in modern style mixed with vintage furniture, everything embraced in wood that accentuates the warmth of home. Villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, kitchen and cozy living room. Kitchen is modern and fully equipped.

Zadar region has a truly amazing geographical position, located in the center of the East Adriatic and surrounded by stunning nature of great variety. Well equipped house with nice pool

The house is spacious, well equipped and clean with well functioning A/C. We especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor area with an outdoor grill and different seating areas. The house is situated along a busier road, but visually well separated by a wall/greenery. Unfortunately during our stay in July 2022 major construction was going on along a side road next to the house with substantial noise early in the morning and throughout the day. The manager was very apologetic and on Sunday it was nice and peaceful, so once completed this shouldn’t be an issue. Otherwise the house is an easy 10-15min drive to downtown, walking distance to some supermarkets and we overall enjoyed our stay.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Lage ist gut vieles ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke.
