The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while guests will have two additional bathrooms with a shower and other bathroom necessities such as towels, a washing machine, a hair dryer, etc. at their disposal. The ground floor of Villa Toni consists of an open space with a kitchen, a dining area and a living room. The fully equipped kitchen enables the guests of Villa Toni to cook delicious meals which can be tasted in the dining area for four. The first is the terrace with the absolutely gorgeous 35m2 circular swimming pool with a small waterfall, where you will be able to cool off during hot summer days or sunbathe on the lounging chairs. Next to the swimming pool is a lounge area with a canopy and comfortable garden furniture, where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee while having a view of the pool. The second part of Villa Toni´s courtyard is the lush lawn, where you will be able to take an afternoon nap on one of the hammocks or challenge your loved ones to a game of archery. Children will particularly appreciate this part of the villa, since there is a children playground on the property. The final part of Villa Toni´s courtyard is a bit more exciting to adults, especially those who love to cook. During your stay at the villa you will enjoy complete privacy, since the entire property is fully fenced. However, if you wish to embark on a gastronomic and cultural journey, Zadar, the region´s center, is less than 10km away.
