White Pearl Villa is located on the south side of Rhodes island 100 meters from a the beach and near Gennadi village.
The villa grounds are directly bordering the long stretched beach. A short walk through a private path leads to private umbrellas and beach chairs. The water is crystal clear and you can swim safely.
White Pearl Villa is a corner villa, one of the 3 Pearl Villas complex.
Each villa comes with its own private pool suitable for families, couples or groups. The villa sleeps up to 6 adults, 7 guests overall.
It has an amazing outdoor area and sun-deck on a spacious lounge with sofas, SAT TV, Wi-Fi etc.
The space
It has a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, and amazing views of the balconies on the top floor. The villa has full sea view and it is equipped to the highest standards. The Villa has an open space living/dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
One bedroom with double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each.
An extra bed is available at the third room, upon request.
A private pool ensures a relaxing time during your stay. Hot water is solar heated with immersion heater backup if needed. White Pearl Villa promises a relaxing, quality holidays for couples, families, groups and those who seek memorable holidays.
The villa is located in a rural area, secluded and peaceful. Although distances on the island are short, a car is considered essential. At the nearby Gennadi village (4 km) village you will find a wide variety of shopping as well as countless restaurants with local and international dishes.
The villas belong to Diakogiannis Family with 6 villas in total, all in the south part of Rhodes.

Schöner entspannter Familienurlaub

Schon ab der Buchung baut der sympatische Vermieter einen guten Kontaktkanal auf, über den wir bis zur Schlüsselübergabe schnell Feedback und Unterstützung erhalten haben.Die Übergabe erfolgte persönlich, ebenso der tägliche Support ist bestens! Wenn man was braucht ist der Vermieter umgehend da. Auch mit netten Geschenken zwischendurch -:)))Das Haus befindet sich in einem tollen zustand und in perfekter Lage zum einkaufen und ein paar meter vom Privatstrand entfernt. Der eigene Pool dient zur perfekten Entspannung und ermöglicht eine private Atmosphäre. Wir waren traurig, dass die zeit zu schnell vorbei ging und mit der erneuten netten und persönlichen Übergabe beendet war!Perfekte Möglichkeit zum grillen und eine tolle Strandbar in der Nähe runded den perfekten Urlaub ab. Danke dafür!

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen entspannten Urlaub, genau so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Georgios war ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich rührend um uns gekümmert hat. Da jedes Haus seinen eigenen Pool hat, konnten wir ungestört relaxen. Pro Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage, was sehr angenehm ist. Auch am Privatstrand waren pro Haus ein Sonnenschirm mit Liegen, meistens waren wir allein am sauberen Kiesstrand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe, sowie ursprüngliche Tavernen. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert.

Fabulous

We had such a fantastic stay. The villa is huge and has everything you need. The pool Area is lovely and we spent many an evening around it whilst cooking on the fab BBQ. We had the beach across the way to ourselves just as described in the ad .. it’s was just lovely and George was the best host ever, so generous with gifts of fresh fish, fruit etc.. thank you . Gennadi is a 5 min drive and has everything you need. Really lovely bakery, supermarket, restaurants and bars. Such a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

Lovely place

The villa was bigger than we expected and the gardens and pool were really well looked after. The villa was spacious and we enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful villa in a lovely location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was excellent with all mod cons. The pool was great and the beach was beautiful, very secluded and only 100m away. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was perfect given how hot it was. Car essential to get to the local town ,5km, with nice restaurants and a small supermarket. Would definitely stay again.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben 10 Tage in der rechten Villa verbracht und waren wirklich sehr begeistert. Sie ist exakt wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und wie sie beschrieben wurde. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum leben braucht. Die Villen liegen in direkter Strandnähe mit privatem Strandabschnitt. Da sie sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage befinden, ist ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen. Trotzdem sind einige Geschäfte und ein Rollerverleih in der näheren Umgebung. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt:)

FANTASTICA

E' la prima volta che affittiamo una casa e, invece di trovare cattive sorprese, ne troviamo solo di buone. Abbiamo trovato la casa senza nessun problema grazie alle indicazioni del proprietario che ci ha accolti con grande ospitalità. Abbiamo apprezzato molto trovare bevande fresche in frigorifero e snack di benvenuto, nonchè tutto il necessario per chi arriva in una casa nuova (per esempio carta igienica, detersivo, etc) e che non sempre si ha il tempo di comprare prima. La casa è pulitissima. La struttura è nuova e costruita con grande attenzione per i dettagli (quelli utili). Tutte le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere, la cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario: quattro fuochi, forno, microonde, bollitore per l'acqua, piatti e posate in ottimo stato, etc. La piscina è mantenuta sempre pulita. Il wi-fi pienamente funzionante. Il mare è a due passi e sembra di essere i padroni della spiaggia: è una zona poco abitata e poco frequentata perchè distante dal turismo. Comunque in 50 minuti al massimo di auto si raggiunge qualsiasi punto dell'isola. Il proprietario è sempre nei paraggi attento che non manchi mai niente agli ospiti. Come ci aspettavamo, la stanza al terzo piano era un po' più calda, ma si stanno attrezzando per mettere il condizionatore anche lì. 10 e lode!

très belle villa

nous venons de passer 3 semaines très agréable dans cette villa. Celle ci est très bien située juste en face se trouve une plage magnifique qui est reservée pour la villa. Elle se situe à seulement 17 km du plus beau spot de kitesurf de l'ile. Le village le plus proche ( 4 km ) est très sympa on y trouve tout pour pouvoir faire des courses, restaurants. Georgio est ses parents sont très agréables, ils sont pleins d'attentions et sont là en cas de difficultées nous les remercions encore pour leur accueil. A notre arrivée la villa etait très propre très bien décorée. Deux chambres se situent au 1er étage ( elles ont la climatisation), la 3 ème est au 2ème etage elle est assez isolée ( donc pas faite pour des enfants) de plus il est a noté qu'elle n'a pas la clim or il y fait très chaud car elle se situe sur le toit ( c'est le seul point négatif mais important à signaler car c'est la chambre qui peut contenir 3 lits ) nous recommandons cette location nous y avons passé de magnifiques vacances

Toller Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes Haus, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war für uns ideal, ruhig gelegen, nahe zum Strand und mit einem tollen Ausblick aufs Hinterland. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren überaus gastfreundlich; wir haben sie in unser Herz geschlossen. Zu empfehlen ist das Fischrestaurant in Plimiri, frischer Fisch zubereitet auf dem Grill und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Das Haus würden wir immer wieder buchen.

accurate listing- highly recommend

Brand new, fully equipped & clean house with a wonderful private beach; all as advertised. The Owner Georigios and his parents were extremely friendly and went over the top to ensure our family had an excellent stay. They were all there to greet us upon arrival and supported us during our stay as they live nearby. The private beach has minimal waves, so great for small children- bring water slippers for the pebbles. We frequented the restaurant at Plimiri beach/harbor- good value on great tasting grilled octopus. It takes over an hour to drive from Rhodes city, so plan on that. about 20 minutes north of Prasonisi beach for kite and wind surfing. Good access to Lindos, one of the most beautiful city in Greece and with an acropolis. Only very small negative is the wifi- signal is limited to one small area of the house- but Georgios is working on rectifying this.
