The villa was beautiful, peaceful and tranquil, however there were issues with the pool that the owner quickly tried to rectify but not to our satisfaction. We felt unable to use the pool. Despite her reassurances that the pool was safe to use, visually we felt that this was incorrect. The owner was lovely and very responsive and the rest of the books was really lovely and the private beach was amazing!

Dear valued guests, thank you for your detailed and honest feedback. I appreciate your kind words and am happy to hear you enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and privacy of the villa and the private beach. However, I'm sorry that specific aspects of your experience were less positive. I understand your concerns about the pool and tried to resolve the issue. I addressed the issue to the pool maintainer, and he has actively worked on improving that area. I really appreciate your helpful feedback and look forward to welcoming you back soon, providing a flawless experience. Kind regards, Katerina

A perfect villa for a relaxing holiday.

Everything about this villa was just perfect and it had absolutely everything we could need (and more) to enjoy a quiet & relaxing week in the sun. The villa is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of Gennadi (about an hour’s drive from the airport) and a stone’s throw from a quiet beach, where the villa has two sets of sunbeds & umbrellas. There's a small supermarket and bakery in the village for all your basic needs (a 10 minute walk/2 minute drive from the villa) as well as a few local tavernas. The air conditioning throughout is very efficient and the furniture around the villa is comfortable. There's a nice bathroom with decent water pressure in the shower and the towels provided (both bath & pool) were good quality. The pool beds were comfortable and while the pool itself is quite small it's perfect for a dip to cool down when you feel yourself melting in the sun. There are various options for sitting outside (the roof terrace is lovely for watching the sunrise in the morning with a coffee) and the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space. Katerina goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect during your stay. With all the little personal touches around the villa you can tell she wants to make sure her guests enjoy their stay as much as possible. The very generous welcome pack provided was much appreciated, again showing a lot of thoughtfulness from a great host. We had a wonderful holiday at this villa and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Hi!I'm Katerina, the owner of Gennadi Serenity Villa.
I am keen on meeting new people and visiting tourist destinations.
I was born and grew up on the beautiful island of Rhodes so naturally I'm a lover of the sun and the sea and the thing I like to do the most during summer is to go swimming and spend time on the beach. I find the nature and cultural tradition of my island Rhodes very attractive and every summer I look forward to going there and enjoying its beauties.
I will always be available and willing to help any way I can with anything you might need during your stay. Me and my team will meet you personally to offer you authentic Rhodian hospitaliy and take care of you by giving you tips and advice yet respecting your privacy.
We will always be there to meet you, give you the keys, show you around the property and help you with anything you might need during your stay.
I hope that you will enjoy your stay in Gennadi Serenity villa and that I will be able to offer you unforgettable vacations!

この宿泊施設の特徴

My villa combines a great location with the added bonus of being detached and surrounded by a private land with a garden/terraces: a true rarity in a beach resort! It is definitely the perfect choice for family and friends who seek for an ideal getaway and want to enjoy summer life next to the beach in one of the most beautiful locations in the South of Rhodes but at the same time want to be close to everything.
The villa is located near the centre of Gennadi village(about 1km).Gennadi is a typical relaxed Greek village with a beach providing all the amenities you require for an enjoyable stay like supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, cafes, beach bars and restaurants.
It’s most suitable for guests looking for getting away from the commercial tourist resorts and sample a bit of laid back Greek living.
The mythical and mystical environment of the surrounded area is scattered among lush mountainous paths, bays and coves, sand dunes and blue flag beaches.
If you are looking for a truly relaxing break away from it all but still have access to some lovely restaurants, tavernas and great chill-out beach bars, then Gennadi is the place for you. As you walk around the village, deciding on where to spend your evening, you will immediately start to unwind. Even in the peak season, Gennadi is never overcrowded and you will always receive a warm welcome from the locals. Days spent on the glorious beach are just so tranquil, as you bathe in the crystal clear waters and then amble along to one of the marvellous seafood tavernas right on the sand.
For a truly memorable evening, pop along to one of the atmospheric beach bars, listen to some chill-out music, have a couple of drinks and soak up the relaxing environment whilst burying your feet in the sand. For keen Wind Surfers and Kite Surfers, Gennadi is a great base for spending your days on the waves of Prasonisi!
