このケープコーラルの家は幅120フィートの運河にあり、家の裏と南向きのベランダを指す最も望ましい南部の露出を持っています。プールを87まで温めるので、冷たいプールを心配する必要はありません!! この特定の家には、まれで美しい護岸に約10フィートのマングローブがあります！小鳥やイグアナが日差しを浴びており、もちろん魚がジャンプしているのを見ることができます!! それは本当に素晴らしい裏庭スペースです。ショッピングや環境保護のためにデルプラドの近くにいます！

この家には、バケーションレンタルに必要なすべてのものと、数年間レンタルされているものが用意されています。マスタースイートにキング1台、家の反対側に他の2部屋があり、各部屋にクイーンベッドがあります。 3つの部屋すべてに、十分なスペースを確保するクローゼットとドレッサーがあります。家は天井がアーチ形になっており、家族が十分なスペースを広げて、休暇中に一緒にいるのに最適なスペースです。休暇に必要なものがすべて揃っています！家族が感謝祭のディナーを作るのに必要なものすべてを備えたフルキッチン！また、自転車、ゴルフクラブ、カード、ゲーム、常に変化するプールフロート、ラウンジチェア、ビーチチェア、ビーチパラソル、ガスグリル、試してみたい場合に使用できる1つの古いカヤックなどもあります！

Relaxing

Nice quiet neighborhood. My son loved fishing off the dock. We watched Manatees eating off the bushes across from the dock. And I enjoyed the pool. Kitchen was nice and easy to cook in. We can't wait to come back!!

Great place and location

We love the house and location, enjoyed the swimming pool and outside area. Publix and Aldi are around the corner. We will rent again!!

Great rental

Right on a canal if you rent a boat or want to fish. Also close to shopping. The pool and pool area were clean. The back yard was nice sized if you have a pet.

Beautiful home

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. My two grandchildren wanted me to buy the house so they wouldn't have to leave. Everything was well cared for and the owner was attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommend this property.

Great family getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jill's property. It was exactly as advertised! If you are able, I would suggest bringing some knives. The ones on hand were a bit dull. Other than that, a truly great stay!

Great Getaway

Lovely view of the canal. Pool was great. Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. Recommend replacing the blinds or at least some of the slats. Several slats missing in master bedroom and living room. Otherwise, no complaints. Would recommend.

A wonderful home base for visiting Southwest Florida

The home is spacious and well-provisioned with nice beach and bath towels and also kitchen and laundry items. We enjoyed the pool and found the location to be very convenient. Jill was welcoming and responsive. There were some minor maintenance issues that need attention--mainly light bulbs--but I'm sure Jill will get these handled promptly. If we come to Cape Coral again, we would stay here again with no hesitation.

Ohio to Florida family fun

We had a fantastic time. Our owner was very easy to contact and answered all of our questions. We had the air go out one day and it was fixed the next morning. Everything was very comfortable. There was we think hurricane damage on the screen on the lanai, but was not a bother for us.

Beautiful house

The house was exactly as I expected; very clean and well-stocked. Only criticism was that the pool cage was not screened (probably due to hurricane damage last year). This made it difficult to sit outside without getting bitten. but the kids didn't mind and swam almost every day.

We will be back!!

This is a great property and especially for the price. Everything was clean upon arrival. The amenities are awesome. They have canoes, bicycles, and pool floats available. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. Jill, the property manager, was also easy to contact. We especially enjoyed being able to fish in the canal and have a heated pool. This house is pretty close to the main street and it is busy, but that didn’t bother us at all. It’s about 30 minutes to the beaches. We enjoyed going to Sanibel and Fort Myers beach. We especially loved going to the beach at the Sanibel lighthouse. We will definitely will be back next year!

Fabulous Cape Coral Villa

We visited Cape Coral only 200 days after Hurricane Ian, and really had no idea of the extent of the total devastation amd destruction that had taken place. The area is is full reconstruction mode It was amazing to see the huge rebuilding taking place. On arrival we discovered our pool frame & netting was pretty much gone however we were still able to use the pool once the pool heating had been fixed. The property management acted promptly once we reported the problem. As it took a week to fix ( again Ian) they provided us with a whole refund for the whole of our stay. We stayed here for 21 days and used it as our base for travelling up and down the west coast. The villa is in an ideal location for easy travelling around the area and is close to some main shops( Walmart,Publix and Aldi. It is absolutely just as the villa is described, and is like a treasure chest inside with everything and more that you would need in the home. We appreciated the bottle of red wine which greeted us on our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

Overall the house was pretty nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come back. A few issues prevented a 5 star rating. Specifically, there were more bugs than expected in a FL house, some in our beds the first couple nights and randomly throughout the house. the outside lights were did not work so if we wanted to use the pool at night, it was in the dark. There is still some damage from the hurricane, the screening around the pool is half gone and the window screens were beat up pretty bad so we couldn't open the windows. The garage also did not work. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, it was comfortable and the property manager was responsive when we had an issue with a noisy smoke alarm. The house was not in perfect condition but I would recommend the property to anyone planning a vacation in the area.

Thanks for the review George- to clarify for all reading the Pool cage is now completely new and fixed but it wasn't when you came. It was fully disclosed to you but I understand you didn't realize this. Also to clarify you didn't have bugs in your bed but you had bites from being outside and having the doors open and being that there was not a pool screen at the time it was bothersome to you. I did apologize for the garage door as the wire broke and the door was fixed within a few days, we did get the battery changed right away when we were told it was beeping on the smoke alarm. Reviews like this get flagged for safety so I just had a call to be sure the smoke detectors and bugs were not an issue and I reassured them we have the home treated inside and out for all pests and the smoke detectors are all working. Just want to make sure it's clear because it could have been taken a different way! lol... thanks for the review!
