Fully-equipped and completely renovated bungalow with private garden and porch terrace with outdoor dining area, and a large community swimming pool, with nice views of Maspalomas, the dunes and the sea, to enjoy a wonderful holiday in the south of Gran Canaria.



Located in the Sonnenland hill, and surrounded by gardens and vegetation, it is a 15 minute walk away from the famous dunes and beach of Maspalomas and the leisure area of Meloneras. It allows a relaxed stay on the best area of the city and very close from its main touristic attractions, leisure centers and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying the beach and the sun and practising sport activities during the day, and enjoying the evening with its wide restaurant offer.



The bungalow consists of a wide living room area with an open fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sofa/TV area. There is a covered porch terrace with an outdoor dining area and a nice garden with views. It has a main bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and two full bathrooms with shower. It has nice views of Maspalomas and the sea, and a large shared swimming pool for common use.



The bungalow is fully equipped, including free WIFI and air conditioning. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping centers in the area. The access to the motorway is 300 away and the airport is 20 minutes away.

Very nice apartment clean and spacious, how ever a number problems, No parking when returning In evening had to leave car 15 min plus away from apartment Poorly maintained washer broken, show door broken, toilet door would not close, waste bin no lid, garden grass full of weeds, no privacy next door on top of you,

Espacioso y agradable.

Los alrededores del bungalow es una zona que está poco cuidada estéticamente, lo que da impresión de abandono y suciedad. Una vez dentro, la cosa cambia. El área de la piscina es bastante grande y con suficientes hamacas. A pesar de ser agosto y haber niños, el ambiente era tranquilo y se podía estar muy a gusto. La piscina también se limpiaba a diario. El bungalow es cómodo y bastante grande. Está bien para cuatro personas. El aire acondicionado, aunque solo está en el salón, funciona perfectamente y es suficiente para refrescar el ambiente. Ha sido reformado y es agradable, aunque le falta un sofá más en el salón. Como aspectos negativos, hay que decir que en una de las habitaciones (la que tiene dos camas un poco pequeñas para gente de mediana estatura), la mitad del ropero tenía edredones y almohadas y la otra mitad estaba cerrado con llave, con lo que no podíamos usarlo y había que tener las cosas un tanto desordenadas y por fuera. Además, en la misma habitación, la ventana no se podía abrir sino un poquito, con lo cual, ni entraba aire ni se podían regular las persianas; siempre en penumbra la habitación. Se anuncia con dos hamacas en el jardín pero al llegar no estaban y nos dijeron que la comunidad no las permitía, pero sí las vimos en otros. Pero quizá, lo peor del bungalow es que justo en la entrada tiene unas flores y parterres con tierra y los excrementos de los gatos -que andan sueltos- estaban cada día en la tierra, con lo que toda la semana hubo una peste tremenda, además de ser un foco de basura.
