このビーチフロントのバケーションコンドミニアムは、フロリダ州デスティンのエメラルドコースト沿いにあります。 コンドミニアムレンタル＃613は、マスターベッドルーム42 'TVにキング、ゲストベッドルーム20' TVにクイーン、リビングルーム48 'TVにソファーベッドのある6人まで収容できます。 デスティンビーチはすぐ近くにあり、プライベートバルコニーからは美しい景色を眺めることができます。 すべてのユニットは禁煙です。

キッチンには新しい花崗岩のカウンターがあり、2015年秋にステンレス製の電気器具が設置されました。 このバケーションレンタルは最近、リビングルームのリビングルームのソファ、ラブシート、椅子、ランプに取って代わりました。 ユニットは、新しいフェイク仕上げ、アクセントの壁、アートワークで全体が新しく塗装されています。 両方のベッドルームには新しいプランテーションシャッターが付いています。

Our Trip to Destin

This is our second time staying at the Islander Resort. Accommodations were terrific and the property was very well maintained. The staff was always helpful with answering questions as well. We will be back for sure!!

We spent a lot of time at the beach, and were very pleased with Alan, who was extremely helpful and pleasant. We liked the private beach and appreciated it's cleanliness & the easy access to it. The only negatives were that we could smell people smoking sometimes when we were on the balcony. Also, it would have been nice if there were a few extra little, simple amenities, like chip clips for open bags, salt and pepper, etc. Customer service was great. We enjoyed Destin Commons, and Brotula's Restaurant a lot. I would recommend The Islander to anyone travelling to Destin.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to The Islander for 14 years now. I'm sad to see how much it has gone downhill. The overall property as well as the individual units. We have brought 7 other families to The Islander in the past, and always recommended it to people. The A/C was out on the unit we were supposed to be in which was a gold unit. Staff put us in a Platinum Plus unit which was very kind and much appreciated. However, my husband and I both said we have no idea how this unit qualified as Platinum Plus. It did have a washer and dryer in it. But the unit was the most outdated unit we have ever stayed in. We usually stay in Silver or Gold so we are not sure how this qualified as Platinum. The furniture was so uncomfortable to sit on. You could feel the springs through the couch cushions. We could hardly sit on the furniture at all it was that uncomfortable, and stained and dirty. Outdated decor, paint, looked like it hadn't been updated since 1980.

Great location & kid friendly

This was a very great location to stay for our trip. We have a 5 & 2yo and they’re very kid-friendly and the beach access is fantastic! The unit itself could use a bit of updating but it’s exactly as pictured. We stayed the last week of March and the beaches nor property were overly busy. Would recommend for anyone looking for a family-friendly property.

Fancy pants

We rented this condo at the last minute due to a hurricane that hit our original destination. It was located on the beach side of the main road although not sitting on the beach. There are 2 other condo buildings in front of this one, but we still had a nice view of the jetty, ocean, and a lagoon. Sunsets were beautiful! The beach access was a very short walk behind the pool area. There are two nice pools and hot tub. The condo unit itself is a little dated. It could use a new couch/bed..... not very comfortable. I had to request a new shower curtain and liner......it wreaked of body odor, musty, and orange color. The staff was exceptional and saw that I immediately got a new one. The condo is nice and clean. Overall, we had a great time. I would suggest a unit on 3rd floor and higher in order to get a nice view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was nice, condo was perfect. Losing one Hot Tub for the week kind of jammed everyone to the pool with the working Hot Tub. So that was a bummer. Beach was nice, but the gulf was really rough and couldn’t swim much. This is all weather stuff that could not be controlled so, my over all stay in the condo was an 7 out of 10 because of the hot tub. I would stay here again, the area was nice and wish we could have got out more to the boardwalk. We ended up fishing 4 of the 7 days and it was a success.

Overall a nice trip

We had a great time and was pretty close to the beach with nice views. Communication with the property desk/manager was not great at all. Before arriving I sent a message regarding an upgrade and no one answered back at all. The ceiling fan in one of the rooms was not working so we called immediately and was told someone would be by the next morning...no one ever showed or followed up. We even asked for a bix fan for that room and they said no. The bathtubs had some mildew and the the couches are heavily stained. We also had to go buy cleaning products to clean things and the condo had a very musty odor upon arrival. I don’t think it was deep cleaned and sanitized before we got there. Overall, we had a great time. The beds were clean and the kitchen area was nice and well stocked. We were close to a lot of fun things to do as well. I’d suggest some type of awning for cars to pull under to load as it was raining hard when we left and I fell on the slippery entrance ramp.

Plenty of room for sleeping and spreading out on an afternoon of rain. The COViD times were different of course like 1 person in the workout room downstairs but that’s life right now. The ex marine that worked the desk at checkout was awesome! Great guy with a great attitude toward his job.
