Amazing view! Condo was very comfortable and provided just about everything we needed for the beaches. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, but a vase and a pitcher for beverages would have been nice. Definitely would stay again. (Hope you got the door knob fixed!)

Fantastic quiet location with scenic views

I'm going to miss sipping my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking an iconic view of the beach and ocean. This rental provided a great "home away from home" on our vacation. It's centrally located on the island making trips anywhere on the island accessible. It had all the amenities we needed -- a kitchen with plenty of supplies, plenty of beach gear, etc. It was comfortable, especially with the air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room.The beds were comfortable. There is a bit of street noise from cars driving by, but it didn't keep us up.If I were to nitpick, there are little things that could use some improvmements -- the supplied beach umbrella is broken, a toilet that wouldn't stop refilling without a little handle jiggling, and a TV box that didn't always register remote control presses. Nothing big and didn't detract from our enjoyable experience.

Tranquil

We absolutely enjoyed this beautiful condo. Everything in the description was spot on. The views were amazing and the pool was so private and secluded. Having the beach chairs and snorkeling gear was a great bonus. We did not rent a car but looked forward the walk on the beach to town for any groceries or great restaurants. We saw turtles and seals almost every walk home at sunset sunning on the beaches. Will definitely return to this condo. The balcony was so private as well. Great spot for anyone who wants to stay off the beaten path yet so close to everything. Mahalo

Great spot in Kehei

On the main road but quiet, Koa Lagoon gave us all we expected at a nice price. Easy parking, convenient location no affected by flooding earlier, enough space for us four, great sunset viewing from the lanai, AC if needed. Bedroom screen windows need attention.

Great view and location, comfortable

Exceptional view from the deck and nice, clean space. Comfortable beds. AC window units in bedrooms are a little loud. Well-stocked kitchen. Close to good snorkeling beaches. Saw sea turtles on the beach in the evenings (make sure you stay 25 feet away). Amazing sunsets. Quiet building. Nice to have an elevator.

Great Repeat Visit

Enjoyed our second annual visit to this condo. Good price for fair accommodations, and property manager was great just as last time.ONLY issue is the two bedroom air conditioners. They are much worse than last year. Very noisy and it sounds like they are at the end of their usefulness.

Fantastic sunset Views

The condo was very nice. We sat on the lanai every night to watch the sunsets. It was a very quiet condo. Very little activity. The beach in front wasn’t our favorite but the beach a couple of miles away was lovely. We would stay again

Relax in Kihei

The beachfront lanai is so beautiful for sunsets and eating your meals. Plenty of towels for pool and beach. Kitchen is well stocked. Quiet but located close enough to drive to shopping within 5 minutes. We had no trouble parking. Would recommend to others.

Peaceful Pretty Place

We stayed 4 nights. Enjoyed the balcony and that amazing view. The pictures looked good on the VRBO site but in reality it far exceeded my expectations! I’d rent it again and that is the real test!

Excellent

This location is beautiful. The view from the lanai is spectacular. The condo was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. The condo was spacious for our family of four. Location is a short drive from "downtown" Kihei and all the best beaches. The beach in front of the property was lovely for walks. We even came across a sea turtle on the beach one day! We did not go swimming out front but could see others did. A drying rack for beach towels and swimsuits would be a good addition. We loved it.

Great place for Whale watching

We stayed here in February. We could have just stayed on the property and saw everything we came see. From the 5th floor (Took the elevator) we were able to see many whales everyday from the balcony. The kitchen we fully stocked (Didn't see too many bowls for cereal) for all our meals and family to eat. Many beach toys in the closet and the beach chairs were my favorite. I would stay here again every time I come to Maui. Thank you for the great place.

Wonderful Condo!

I booked this vacation for me and my children of which both are young adults. This condo accommodated all of us perfectly and had all the provisions as far as gear to enjoy snorkeling and laying out on the beach below. The condo itself was clean and beautifully maintained. We had a great time!

Christmas Holiday

The property manager was very helpful. The rental was spotless. Location was great. We were very satisfied with the condition of the unit. A beautiful unit with fantastic views. Beach was great. Short drive to the shops in Kihei. Wailea not far either. Overall, we highly recommend this vacation rental.
