Located on the western shore of Lake Garda, this antique single villa has a large private garden and a patio with an outdoor dining facility. Guests can dine and socialize while admiring the placid lake views. The view is calming and pleasant.
The villa is divided into three stories. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a dining area and fireplace. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In the basement, there is another bedroom, a bathroom, a wellness area with a Finnish sauna. Guests can relax, unwind and de-stress during their stay here.
The lake-view living room opens into the terrace. Inside the room, there is a sofa, a TV, a dining setup for 8. The kitchen is separate and equipped with a coffee machine, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob and a fridge.

The villa is located in a quiet location in a small ancient village about 10 kilometers from the shores of Lake Garda. There are many historical churches and villas worth exploring. Guests can take a boat ride to the eastern shores of Lake Garda from here. There are also a few amusement and waterparks nearby which are of great interest to children and adults alike.
