Great location, in need of an update.

The location is great and three bathrooms is perfect for our small group. The furniture looks tired now and could do with replacing or upgrading, particularly the top floor. The kitchen is a good size, but there aren't enough breakfast bowls and plates etc.

Amazing beach house

The house itself is beautiful, clean, with a full kitchen. Right on the sea front, we were able to be at the beach within a minute of leaving the house. Nice restaurant within easy walking distance and the old town right behind. Very good location for the food market and supermarket. Some information on the house would have been nice, The history of the house and the area.

Wow - a fantastic house in a beutiful location

This house is very spacious and, as the photo shows, overlooks a superb, sandy beach. We went to Villayoyosa for a short 4 day break, and came away so relaxed! I was almost loathe to write this review as we fully intend to return next year and would dearly love it to be available. An ice tray would be good

Nos encanta para ir con la familia pues podemos estar todos juntos y cada uno tiene su espacio para descansar, la atención es inmejorable Ricardo junto a su magnifico y servicial equipo nos reciben ya por 10 años como si llegáramos a nuestra casa en la vila gracias por los detalles durante todo este tiempo nos vemos el próximo verano con nuestra nueva nieta que ya estará lista para integrarse a nuestras vacaciones frente al mar! Siempre puedes superarte pero ahora mismo no se me ocurre nada en particular pues lo que hemos necesitado lo han resuelto de inmediato, en este viaje por ejemplo necesitabamos un batidor de mano y nos han traído uno nuevo el mismo día!

Vi er et pensjonist ektepar i 70 årene. Vi var meget fornøyd med huset, beliggenheten og utstyret i kjøkkenet. Men vi savnet gode, myke puter, en overmadrass og dyner. Skift sengeutstyret og kontroller verandadørene, de var meget vanskelig å betjene

Una muy buena opción que repetiremos seguro

Si bien Villajoyosa no nos ha parecido una de las localidades más interesantes de la Comunidad Valenciana, tenemos pensado repetir en cualquiera de sus alojamientos debido a la ubicación y comodidad que nos ofrece a la hora de buscar un sitio donde relajarnos. La persona que nos atendió nos ofreció todo tipo de facilidades en todo momento. Estaría bien que hubiese en la cocina algún producto básico como por ejemplo sal y azúcar.
