This villa was totally refurbished in Algarvian style with its blue shutters recreating the typical houses of the Algarve and the proximity to the sea. Throughout the villa is evident the detail of the craftsmanship both in the interior doors of blue wood and in the floor tiles of Santa Catarina giving it this own and unique character. The decorator took to the limit the proximity of the past and in some of the bathrooms there is the absence of doors or typically rustic doors together with comfort and modernism of the bedroom where the wardrobes came from one of the trips to China by the owner.

The project was designed in a way to offer its guests a cozy but at the same time relaxing and with a holiday spirit.

Thinking about the environment the villa has available electric fans that can be for cold and hot air however all rooms have air conditioning. This typical character together with the minimalist results in this beautiful villa with large garden and pool ideal for groups of friends or families.

Everything was thought to the detail in the garden has 5 fixed double sun loungers so that the guests enjoy to the maximum the sun of our Algarve.

On the ground floor is the American-style living room with spacious and airy open-space kitchen and dining area for 10 people. Access to the terrace area with outdoor furniture, garden and pool.

The living room has a big settee, LCD and cable TV, access to the terrace and garden.

Fully equipped kitchen with SMEG appliances.

It has 3 parking places in front of the villa on a Moroccan sand giving the beach house spirit on arrival.

Features central alarm system in the interior, black outs system in all windows except the living room.

Free access to a communal area (communal pool, tenis court, playground area).
