Spanning 140m² across two levels, the villa features a spacious open-plan living area with a cozy fireplace, satellite TV, and access to balcony. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances ensures a hassle-free self-catering experience. The villa offers a maximum capacity of 10 guests, accommodating up to eight guests in real beds, while two additional guests can sleep on the sofas in the living room. *Alternatively, two folding beds can also be provided in two of the bedrooms upon request. Guests have exclusive access to the villa’s first and second floors, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout their stay.

*The owner lives in a separate flat on the premises. Pool, amenities & entrances are entirely private, guaranteeing privacy & exclusivity and uninterrupted holiday experience in this charming Cretan retreat. No shared areas.
