Lake Como Vacation 2024

Beautiful property!! We had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed the indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi every day! The views were spectacular and we enjoyed sitting outside every evening with a glass of wine. We would would definitely come back! Cristina was amazing!

Paradise on the Lake

This was our first trip to Lake Como and we didn’t know exactly what to expect, but I feel like we won the lottery by choosing this villa. If you can believe it, the villa, the rooms, the views and the lake are all even more beautiful than the pictures. And it’s perfectly located between Brienno and Argegno, which makes it convenient to Como as well as to the public ferries to Bellagio and elsewhere. The property manager, Cristina, was amazing. She was so communicative and very helpful. She met us on arrival to give us a personal walkthrough and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. This villa is ON the lake and the modern, open design offers spectacular vistas at every turn. One older review mentioned the AC, but they must have remedied that issue because we had crisp, cool air in every room. I highly recommend this property to even the most discerning travelers! We’ll be back!

It is everything you could hope for and more! The views are simply breath-taking. Every detail of the house has been well thought out and everything is set up for pure enjoyment. This Villa is absolutely spectacular! It is everything that we expected and dreamed of! Christina was a tremendous host and help. Our driver, Mirko, got us everywhere we needed to be. I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone!

Magnificent property on Lake Como

This house is pretty spectacular and, if you look at other homes on the lake, one of the most updated homes you will find. The views are simply amazing of Lake Como. In addition, there were so many amenities and we used just about every one of them - pool, hot tub, elevator, dock, exercise room, washer, dryer, parking space, etc. We traveled with our two boys (11 and 13) and they loved everything the house had to offer too. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. We knew the home did not have air conditioning when we booked it, but we were hopeful we wouldn't end up with a heat wave scenario. Unfortunately we visited mid-June for 6 nights and there was indeed a heat wave. The late afternoon breeze is a delight, but it was often a long, hot wait for it. We got out on the lake on those really hot days for relief. If you travel with anyone who has a fear of insects, just know that a home without screens or air conditioning on a lake will have many bugs and spiders. Fortunately, there were not many mosquitos when we were there. Overall, we have wonderful memories of our stay and would absolultely stay here again!

stunning villa but suboptimal location and a few other issues

The villa is stunning in design and equipment. Unfortunately, it is quite out of the way of the major towns of the region. While bus is available, one must walk on the shoulder of the busy highway to get to it. Boat service is only by private hire (and exorbitantly expensive). Chris gave a lovely tour that included the indoor pool, jacuzzi, treadmill, and recumbent bike. Unfortunately, she was not familiar with the outdoor jacuzzi, and while she gave instructions for the stove, they proved insufficient (we spent 90 minutes trying to cook eggs for breakfast, unaware that the burners would shut off if all burners were used at the same time). She was kind and prompt at responding to questions and even came to the villa to problem solve. There was no hot water in the master. She initially gave us instructions suspecting we were not understanding, but then came the next day and told us a plumber would be called. The plumber came the following day, but needed a part. They thought they would not be able to fix it on a weekend, but ultimately were able to fix it the following day. Unfortunately, that was the afternoon before we left. The views are quite beautiful and if your goal is to stay in the villa, this one is spectacular. Everyone was quite kind. They provide little soaps (but no soap dishes and waste baskets only in half the bathrooms, for unclear reasons). Beds are made with only sheets (no blankets or comforters, although a few blankets can be found in some of the closets). Driveway is a little difficult to negotiate.

Amazing impressive home right on the lakefront. The views are absolutely stunning and the home is super modern with all the comforts of a 5-star hotel. We had a wonderful stay and found the host super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Family Wedding

From beginning our search for the perfect house until parting today, the experience was seamless! Cristina is wonderful to work with—very responsive to all our questions and needs. The home is in the most idyllic location—absolutely breathtaking! We enjoyed being outside of the busy small towns, but only minutes from several quaint ones, going either way! It was the perfect size for our family of 5 with beds leftover. One in our party requires a wheelchair and the home is very accommodating for that with flat surfaces and a nice elevator! We did find that the shower on the pool level was perfect for handicap accessible showering—it took me until day 3 to figure that out😉. Though we didn’t cook in much, the kitchen was well appointed. Really can’t say enough about our visit—we made memories for a lifetime and will certainly be in contact with Cristina when we can return to Lake Como! Enjoy!
