Stunning Property

Likely the most magnificent villa we will ever stay in -- beautifully appointed, superb location on Lake Como, convenient to restaurants and the ferry. Our owner Stefano could not have been more helpful and gracious. We look forward to returning!

Lovely Lake Como Villa House was lovely, the views were SPECTACULAR. Stefano was helpful and answered all of our questions. Perfect location to take a boat ride to Bellagio or drive into Milan. Malprensa airport is a quick drive as is Lugano for some watch shopping in Switzerland. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend Il Filio d'Olio, a 5 minute drive. Source: Trustpilot

The historic Villa was just... The historic Villa was just breathtaking, sitting directly on Lake Como the views were spectacular. The Villa had everything you would need or want to have an amazing vacation. The classic vintage furniture fit perfectly with this Villa. The best was the Villa's host and owner Stefano. I am a chef and I am alwavs looking for areat restaurants to experience. Stefano gave the best recommendations on restaurants. He also gave great recommendations on cities to visit around the lake and helped out with so many things that made our family vacation one of the best. Thank you Stefano Source: Trustpilot

Villa Virginia

We had a fabulous time at Villa Virginia. We were 12 family members from 9 to 79. The Villa easily accommodated us and the children loved the pool and hot tub. Stephano was the owner and host and he and his two daughters could not have been more helpful. The daughters served us dinner for 5 of the 7 nights that was outstanding. The Villa is a short walk from the center of Moltrasio but you had to walk along a narrow street with no sidewalk. Might consider a car if you want to get around easier. From center of town the ferry can take you any where on the lake.

My husband and I spent 4 weeks at Villa Virginia. We hosted new guests each week after our first week settling in to the villa. The gracious hospitality of Stefano, his caretaker Edwin and his lovely daughters Diamanté and Ginevra who cooked dinners for us and our guests twice a week made it look easy and assured that for all of us it was the trip of a lifetime! Stefano was the consumate host before, during and after our stay. Prior to our arrival Stefano answered many questions as we planned activities and logistics for our group. He helped with everything from connecting us with private car services and boat charters to helping us identify where to grocery shop and schedules spa appointments. Once we were in Moltrasio Stefano guided us as to how to live like a local. He introduced us to the owner of a local pasticceria and showed us the best places to visit using his personal boat (which we rented for the month for an additional cost). His attention to detail led him to also share his preferred weather app which was amazingly accurate. Any request we had during our stay was cheerfully accommodated. The villa itself is magnificent! It is spacious and comfortable. The 4 queen bedrooms and 4 baths on the first floor (above the ground floor) gave each of 4 couples their own bedroom & bathroom for the week. My husband and I stayed on the top floor in the room with a queen (or king) bed in an oversized room. Our adult daughters stayed in twin rooms up there as well. The three twin rooms (with 1 bathroom for all of them) worked well as other guests’ adult children also joined us for a couple of nights. The views of the lake and the far shore from the loggia were spectacular. We had lovely dinners, catered by Diamanté and Ginevra out there with our guests many times. Dinner that were moved inside due to rain were very lovely also. One night during our dinner we were visited by two swans with their 5 cygnets below the loggia at the entrance to the boat house. That was a magical experience. Stefano was very fair with us as respects incidental costs over the course of our month at the villa. We understood what was included and how we would be charged for anything that was “extra.” We met with Stefano weekly to settle the previous week’s expenses so we were confident throughout our stay that there wouldn’t be any surprises. Wonderful place!!

We just finished a week at the Villa and had a wonderful time . The Villa is absolutely beautiful, the views are unbelievably beautiful as well. Stefano, the owner, was very gracious and helpful in planning delicious meals with a chef . We did this two nights and had very enjoyable evenings. We were very lucky and also had perfect weather , already planning a trip to come back.

Amazing special birthday celebration in the paradise on earth

Stefano is the best host in the world and read our every wish from the lip. Highly professional, friendly, gracious and always helpful. We have taken him as a friend in our hearts. Everything was just right. I don't know what could have gone better. The grandiose historical villa, the picturesque view, the location, the cleanliness, the boat, the staff, the cooks etc. and to top it all off, the perfect management by Stefano. We are extremely demanding guests and have got to know the best hotels in the world. That is why we set the bar very high in our evaluation.
