The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a king bed.
There is additional sleeping space in the apartment, comprising a camp bed.


There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.


Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. Please ask if you need one.
- Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighbourhood.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- No parties or events.
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 3 people.
- Quiet time after 11 p.m.
- Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
- We usually come there after 10am. But if you leave earlier then please make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door and post the keys back through the letterbox. For the boiler, please turn the big green knob from 1 to 0. Please check and make sure the hubs and oven, washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave all is off from the appliances but not from the mains. The iron or hairdryer are not plugged in. The tap water is not running.
- If you have used the Visitor’s Parking Permit, please leave it back in the property before leaving.
- Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to channel.
- Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
- The waste collection is every Tuesday morning after 8am near the main back gate. So please if you have any waste take it outside of the building and leave it near the main gate.
- For Security deposit please ask.
