Lovely one bed flat with large open plan lounge/kitchen area with comfy sofa and TV will full Sky Q package/Ultrafast internet (500+ Mbps). Located in leafy Wandsworth. Excellent transport links, only a few minutes walk to Wandsworth Town station or East Putney tube with links to Waterloo, Paddington and Victoria. Very close to Chelsea, Wimbledon and Oxford Circus/Soho. A short walk to the River Thames and a host of lovely pubs, dinner spots, shops and cinema right on the door step. Can give lots of recommendations!

Great spot if you're looking to stay a bit away from the city center. Clean, comfortable, the owner has excellent communication. We found the easiest way to get to the city center is a 45 minute bus, which you catch just down the block.

The flat was as listed and the host always responded within a short time. Not that we had many queries. What we needed was in the kitchen and the beds comfortable. We were amazed how quiet it was in the building. The terrace on the 23rd floor gave fantastic views. Public transport e.g. bus very close, train about 15 minute walk, and shops 5 minute away.

Wonderful 2 week stay! The apartment felt incredibly spacious with room to cook, do laundry, relax, and even entertain friends. One of the highlights was the location — a grocery store directly across the street and a shopping mall with pharmacies, clothing stores, and restaurants just across the other. Despite being so close to a major bus stop (with routes straight into the city), the apartment was peaceful and quiet, making it an ideal base for exploring London.The host was friendly and super responsive, plus the welcome treats of cheese and prosecco were such a thoughtful touch — we enjoyed them thoroughly while watching the Guy Fawkes fireworks from our front-row vantage point. A memorable and comfortable stay!

Wandsworth

We based ourselves in Wandsworth to explore London from. Easy transport, plenty of shops nearby. The flat was great for a couple. Enjoyed being able to open the windows and the view was lovely.

Nice flat in Wandsworth

Very neat and comfortable apartment has everything you need. Located in a modern building very conveniently located. Lately it seems that online pictures of STRs look much better than the unit turns out to be. This one was actually better. Host Colin was most helpful and concerned for our needs. Highly recommended

Great place to stay in London

This apartment is a great place for one or two people. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The building is quiet and the location is perfect for grocery shopping and accessing public transportation.Our stay at this property was fantastic.

Great stay at London Southfields

The flat is nice with newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Furniture is ample and relatively new. Location is close to bus, railway and underground station is 10-15mins ride away by bus. There’s plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Host is very responsive.

Great Stay

We stayed for a week in this flat on our visit to London. This was my first time booking on Vrbo so I was a bit nervous but we had a great experience. Our check-in was very easy Collin have very detailed directions. The location was great very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and a movie theatre. The bed was so comfortable. The place was great and had everything we needed and was in a very quiet area. It is very easy to get anywhere since there are many bus routes within a two-minute walking distance.

Great find

The owner Colin makes you feel very welcome from answering all your questions promptly to stocking the fridge with milk and a bottle of Prosecco. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has the added bonus of having a coffee pod machine, washing machine and lift in the block. I highly recommend Colin’s apartment for your next stay in London.

Good location and communication

We enjoyed our week in London and the location of this Flat made it easy to access the city as well as having good amenities nearby. Colin is quick to help with questions. It is a comfortable Flat for two people and was easy to access. The Flat could use a deep down cleaning but on the surface was adequate.

Great flat in London!!

The appartment is well located, close to public transportation. We were able to easily get to the top attractions. The flat itself has everything you might need and more! Good

A very New and fine flat. We were 4 adults, it was not bad, but is ideal for 2 people, top 3. You can take a bus to Victoria Station, 40 min. Fridge is small, but good enough. Internet signal was poor. Un general it was good, good location.

Catching up with friends

Overall ok. The cleanliness could have been better in our opinion. We needed to unblock the shower drain which was easily handled by us but may be annoying to others. Some other surface cleaning was needed. Well stocked kitchen and a nice gesture was the welcome cheese, crackers and cold Prosecco.

This is an exceptional property -- absolutely quiet and filled with light. (And, yes, the bed is excellent!) Two major supermarkets are at close proximity, and it is relatively easy to commute to downtown (I found the best connection to be the train from Wandsworth Town to Waterloo Station). The restaurant offerings are more limited - my best find was the Pad Thai Story restaurant on Old York Road, close to the Wandsworth Town train station. Though the owner was readily available, it would have been easier to get the necessary information if he were able to meet me in person or at least leave the relevant information (Where is everything in the apartment? What are the shopping and commuting options? What to do upon checkout?) in a written document in the apartment.

Just as expected

We were very happy with our stay at this rental. It was very comfortable for the three of us, which consisted of one adult and two teenage children. My daughters slept on the queen sized bed in the bedroom and I took the pullout sofa in the living room, which was surprisingly comfortable. The location of the flat was ideal for us. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance. Bus stops close by also. We enjoyed exploring London with this flat as our base. The only complaint I would have is that the internet upload speed was horrible. It took over 8 hours to upload a few dozen photos to my cloud storage. Overall, we loved our stay and would rent here again. Thank you for a wonderful first visit to London!

Cute place! Nice location!

The flat is cute and is in a great location. We were so close to anything we needed! Being residents of Arizona, we are used to air conditioning, so we had a little trouble sleeping at night. There are two tower fans, but they aren’t quite strong enough to keep the air circulating throughout the whole flat. We left the windows open all day since it was so warm. The cupboards are full of dry goods, so check there before heading over to Sainsbury. We also had trouble with the washer/dryer not drying our clothes. It was probably a user error though, so if your an American, ask for help. All in all, we had a lovely time in London, despite the heat, and enjoyed our stay at the flat. Our host was very responsive.

An exceptional place to stay!

This is a light, airy, very comfortable and well appointed flat – with luxury appliances. The road is quiet, with a place to pull in and unload the car. The bed is wonderful – and there is even a choice of ordinary and duck down pillows. Plenty of hangars in the wardrobe, handsome furniture. The bathroom is equally luxurious with a walk-in shower and heated towel rack. Colin had left a bottle of Prosecco for us, a litre of milk in the fridge and use of his designer coffee maker and coffee pods. After experiencing Colin's designer cookware, I'll be buying some of my own. Not to mention the other luxury fittings – the fabulous settee and dining set, the cordless hoover and bladeless fan, the silent washer/drier, the soundproof doors. The flat screen telly is great, nice library of films and a few books. Wifi sockets all around the flat. Fancy iron, etc. Two lifts serve this very handsome modern building – whisking you up to a rooftop terrace with magnificent views over London. Two minutes walk away are a Sainsbury's, Planet Organic, Amazon Fresh and the Southside Shopping Complex with a Boots, JD Sports, a bookshop, a Cineworld – even a Gravity Active Entertainment Centre. It's not all modern though. Several good pubs in the high street are a couple of hundred years old – and a short walk away are the quirky shops, cafés, delis and restaurants of the Old York Road. Turn left instead of right out of the flat – and in two minutes' walk, you come to the beautiful St. George's Park with swans and ducks on the lake, landscaped gardens, tennis courts, children's play area and lots of green space. I even saw a baby fox playing beside the little stone bridge. This is a lovely place to stay and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Every morning we woke to beautiful views of dawn over the City of London in the distance – though we could have drawn the blinds to sleep in. The river Wandle flows directly below the windows. It's amazing to be able to look down into the flowing river. Because the flat is at the corner of the building, there's a south facing window, as well, so there is always plenty of light. I love this place. We will definitely book to stay here again.

Die Wohnung und Collin als Gastgeber sind uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.Collin antwortet schnell und ausführlich.Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage in einem anständigen Haus.Es war alles sehr ordentlich und sauber.Busverbindung direkt vor der Tür.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel, aber auch andere Dinge, ebenfalls 100 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt.Ein altes englisches Pup, die Straße runter 200 Meter, falls es einem mal nach ein paar Pints und engl. Flair zumute ist……Checkin hat hervorragend geklappt.Gute Beschreibung von Collin mit dazugehörigen Bildern.Ich war mit meinem Sohn dort. Die Schlafmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer wurde von uns zusätzlich genutzt und ist absolut ausreichend.Nespresso Maschine und ausreichend Kapseln waren vorhanden, genau so wie etwas Käse, Milch, Cracker und eine Flasche Sekt….Gerne komme ich mit meiner Frau wieder….
