Luxury 2 bed, 2 bath South-West facing Penthouse apartment equipped to a high standard. Close to all amenities like supermarket, driving range, hotel and restaurants. Splendid views over pool, golf course, villas and mountains.



The accommodation is equipped with: lift access, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, garage car parking, TV/Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).



In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.



On resort you have access to childrens areas, tennis court, padel court, communal swimming pools



The Resort



Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.

Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.



Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants on The Boulevard – including (to name a few):



- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports

Our winter stay (90days)

We arrived very late, the lights were on to help us find the property, we thought that was very thoughtful. The property is facing the sun all day, very important in the cooler months, we met people who were not so lucky and had the heating on all of there stay, we never used the heating. Kitchen was a good standard as was the walk in shower. Fab views over the 16 th fairway, from the sunny terrace. A bonus was full sky tv including sport channels. We had the best stay.
