Villa Divina is an elegant Mallorcan home set in peaceful countryside surrounded by vineyards, with open views towards the Puig de Maria mountain and its well-known monastery. Carefully maintained and immersed in a mature Mediterranean landscape, it offers a serene atmosphere ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing stay with friends. Its design combines comfort, style and privacy, making it one of the highest-category villas in our portfolio.



The villa enjoys a privileged setting with native trees, spacious terraces and a well-established garden. The private pool, bordered by lawn and sunbathing areas, is complemented by pleasant outdoor spaces perfect for reading, relaxing or enjoying dinner outdoors on warm summer evenings. Free wifi is available throughout the house.



The interior is arranged on a single floor and features a bright, spacious open-plan living and dining area decorated in a contemporary Mediterranean style, combining modern artwork with rustic touches. Comfortable sofas and a large flat-screen TV create a welcoming place to unwind after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook with ease and includes an additional breakfast table, as well as direct access to the covered terrace.



The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: two double rooms and one with twin beds. All have their own en-suite bathroom, along with generous storage space and natural light. Both the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning 24 hours a day, with no usage restrictions, ensuring comfort at any time of year.



The charming town of Pollença is just a short drive away and offers restaurants, cafés, shops, a lively weekly market and a beautiful historic centre. The beaches of Puerto de Pollença are ideal for swimming or practising water sports, and Cala Sant Vicenç offers small coves with crystal-clear waters, seafront restaurants and an inviting, relaxing atmosphere.

Beautiful spot

The house was very comfortable and the outdoor space was just what we needed. The area is quiet but just a short drive to town, to the port and so much else the area has to offer.

Perfect getaway in a great location

The villa was as described and provided ideal accommodation, gardens and pool area with outdoor seating and bbq area. The location was ideal to travel around the island without a long initial journey each day. We have been lucky enough to visit the island on many occasions and would book here again without hesitation. The team at Owl Booking were also on hand and helpful at all stages Only a small thing but a light outside the door for when you return at night

Beautiful villa

Villa was beautiful and clean. Stayed with my friends and had a lovely few days! Was in an ideal location, just a taxi ride away from any restaurants, bars and beaches. The garden was an ideal size for the 6 of us and the games provided were perfect entertainment. Would definitely recommend! Jacuzzi was half filled and the water was quite dirty with sand. Also hot water in the shower was hit or miss, sometimes had to have cold showers.

Pleasant villa

Overall things were good but there were a few things which could have improved our stay: -a power cut meant we couldn’t get into the property until a technician arrived - a bin bag of rubbish and rubble had been left in our patio area when we arrived - the pool did not appear to be cleaned at any point during our stay - the hot tub did not have heated water and many of the jets didn’t work. Also no stairs to get in or out - the welcome pack was rather sparse - it would be a nice touch for dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, bin bags etc to be made available for the duration of the stay. Buying these ourselves, to then have to leave them all at the end is annoying - the villa needs a mirror outside the entrance to improve visibility when leaving the drive - it’s on a blind bend which felt rather dangerous - the patio area is quite shabby and the reed roofing meant that whenever it rained the furniture got wet and dirty - need a pizza cutter Staff at Owl office were super helpful and quick to respond when we contacted them twice during our stay.

Hello Dawn and thanks for your message, We are glad that you liked the villa and had a good stay. We also take the comments in consideration to pass to the owner, as he is always happy to improve it. Regarding the power cut, it was a punctual thing that happened randomly and it was quickly fixed by the technician in the house, so it all works perfectly now :) The owners made a beautiful new entry and garden, and in the back patio that guests don't use there were some waste left to remove, but the garden is always kept very clean and nice. The pool guy always comes twice a week to make sure the levels are correct. However, he goes very early morning so he doesn't disturb guests and that's why you couldn't see him, but he make sure is clean and in the nice chlorine levels. We have in the listing that the jacuzzi is of natural water, doesn't have the heating option, but it works good the bubbles. A welcome pack is provided for each stay with some basics for the check in, we always change the products year to year, to fit in a better way the needs of the guests, thanks for your reference :) The entry of the villa is also brand new, with nice stone made walls, etc and the owners will place a mirror. We are happy that you enjoyed our service and would be happy to do it again! Best regards from Pollensa.

Finca Divina

Ausblick auf die Berge, die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten, der Garten/Pool und die schnelle Rückmeldung/der Service Die Sauberkeit war bei Anreise nicht 100% gegeben, im Pool und im Garten lagen noch Schwimmutensilien, die zum Großteil kaputt waren. wir hatten zudem einige Reparaturarbeiten während des Aufenthaltes. Ein Check vor Anreise neuer Gäste wäre Hilfreich.

Toller Urlaub

Der Service vom Team OWL war von Anfang an perfekt. Die Finca war einfach toll. Sauber, gut ausgestattet, hochwertig eingerichtet und eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad und noch ein großes weiteres! Der Pool ist herrlich und lädt zum Schwimmen ein - mm icht nur zum planschen wie so oft! Aus meiner Sicht nichts

Sehr schöne Finca

Perfekter Urlaubsort

Alles. Die Außenanlage ist ein Traum. Auf nachfragen und Anfragen wurde sofort reagiert und sich auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingestellt. Auch von innen ist das Haus super schön, sauber und komfortabel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Man muss etwas warten, bis das Wasser warm wird und die Außenbeleuchtung des Pools hat nicht funktioniert. Was für uns aber nichts schlimmes war.

Toller Kurzurlaub

Das Haus liegt schön ruhig und war sauber. Die Küche ist nicht so gut ausgestattet und die Teller stehen unter dem Abfluss des Spülbeckens (unangenehmer Geruch). Der überdachte Außenbereich ist schön und lädt zum Grillen ein. Alles in einem ein schöner, erholsamer Urlaub

A real gem !

We stayed in Villa Divina for one week in winter and Its an excellent place with comfortable and clean rooms, breath taking views to the vineyard, lovely paintings and wonderful hospitality from Owl Booking. The staff will go the extra mile to make your stay memorabe. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The jacuzzi was a big highlight too. Thanks for all, Mary, Henry and Paul Nothing !
