Welcome to this beautiful house where the mountains seem to shroud you while you enjoy the large private swimming pool! It is located in Puerto de Pollença and it can accommodate 8-9 people.

The wonderful swimming pool of this villa, completely surrounded by grass, and the amazing mountain views, turns this property into a delightful retreat, perfect for a pleasant stay in the island. The chlorine swimming pool is 10 m x 4 m, with a depth ranging from 1.40 m to 2.10 m. There is beautiful Majorcan stone surrounding the pool. There are up to 8 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas, perfect to drink a glass of wine or read a book, as well as sunbathing. After a delicious barbecue or after playing ping-pong on the porch, you can cool yourself off in the outside shower.

The building, with a simple indoor and outer style, has a large dining room which leads to the comfortable living room and to the kitchen, which has a wonderful bar with stools. You can relax in the hall while watching a film on the satellite-tv, on the dvd player or listening to your favourite cd’s. This are all things you can do after preparing and enjoying a mediterranean recipe on the glass-ceramic hob. The laundry has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are four bedrooms with air conditioning and wardrobe. Two of them are on the ground floor and two in the first floor. One of the bedrooms which is downstairs has a double bed, a bathroom en suite with a shower, and space to put a cot and a high chair. The other bedroom has two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub complete the main floor. The two other bedrooms are located on the first floor, which access is from outside and from the terrace. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other one has three single beds as well as an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, which is ideal especially if you travel with children.

Puerto de Pollença is a peaceful destination and an unique place to enjoy the beach, the sun, and to learn some history. There is a beach located at just 4.5 km of the house, even if we recommend you to visit the extraordinary Formentor beach, with crystalline water and a fabulous lookout. Cala de Sant Vicenç is a small urbanisation. In the summer it��s touristic even if the thin sand cove and the blue water are an incomparable place to taste a paella next to the sea.

There is exterior parking space for 3 cars.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

Alles war sehr gut organisiert. Schönes Haus mit sehr schönem Außenbereich, großer Terasse und Pool mit Sitzbank. Ab und zu haben uns ein Pfau und Katzen besucht. Wir haben bei unserer Ankunft eine Flasche Wein als Willkommensgruß erhalten. Die Ausstattung war nicht die Neueste, aber völlig ausreichend und zufriedenstellend. Klimaanlagen sind vorhanden und dürfen zu bestimmten Zeiten, z.B. nachts genutzt werden. Der Blick auf die Berge war auch sehr schön und ein paar von uns sind dort spazieren gegangen. Ein großer Supermarkt, sowie Port de Pollenca waren mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar (auch zu Fuß möglich, wenn man fit ist). Das einzigen Manko war der Pferdehof direkt nebenan, der viele Insekten, v a. Mücken angezogen hat. Am Terassendach befindet sich eine Mückenlampe, trotzdem sollte man ein gutes Mückenspray mitnehmen.

An absolutely beautiful villa. We had a wonderful time.

Just 2 comments for the Villa, 1. The air con in the ground floor master bedroom doesn’t work properly, it appears to be very old. 2. The sinks in the kitchen don’t drain particularly well. However other than this we had a wonderful time, will go back and would recommend to others.

Cozy Mallorcan farmhouse. Nice outdoor areas.

Relaxing week, perfect weather, 15 minute walk to town with plenty of bars and restaurants. Property was spotless on arrival with the local agent very responsive. Pool and outdoor areas all nice (no pool towels despite the picture so be aware !).Stables/riding school immediately next door not an issue in itself, but their dog liked to bark most nights.Have seen mention in other reviews about mosquitos ; no different to anywhere else we have stayed.Nice time overall.

It was a good holiday with a lovely villa to spend our days when we did not go to the beach.

The location was very good and it was a peaceful area and absolutely wonderful to have the pool. It was fun to have the equestrian centre beside us as a distraction for the baby, although it got a bit dusty, even though the arena was watered to limit that problem. We were disappointed that apart from soap in the bathroom dispensers, there were not basic supplies such as pepper, sugar, cooking oil, washing up liquid or a few washing machine and dishwasher tablets for the machines. We would have liked to have known, because we would have most likely brought them with us, instead of having to buy it and then have the problem of either throwing it or giving it away. The air conditioning was timed and that is ridiculous because we couldn't always use it when we wanted. There were mosquitoes, so sitting outside made you a meal for them (sprays didn't always work) and it was too hot inside without the air con working. We were told that to have it running when we wanted, outside the timed hours, it would cost more. The baby with us needed it for her siestas, so we arranged with the owner that he override the system for her room, which was a relief and we were extremely grateful to him for this kindness and consideration.

Wir haben die Finca zu acht in Gänze gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Grundstück ist etwas abgelegen und dadurch sehr ruhig. Direkt hinter dem Haus geht es rauf zum Cavall Bernat auf einem anspruchsvollen Trail. Hier hat man einen tollen Ausblick und kann sich gut in der Region orientieren. Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir in unseren 5 Tagen brauchten.

Excellent villa and pool

We had a wonderful stay here and Homerti were really helpful with a couple of minor problems that we had quickly resolved. The lovely big pool was definitely a highlight! Beautiful villa in lovely quiet surroundings - it was quite a bit of a walk (20mins) to the port/ nearest shops. Horses next door made lovely neighbours :)

Wedding Party at Can Coll

The property and location were charming. Lovely pool and grounds. Plenty of cooking equipment and all you needed for a large party of people. White goods such as dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board were all available. There was also a hairdryer. Rooms were spacious and enough bathrooms. I found the check in procedure over-complicated. I was originally informed that every member of my party would have to check-in at the airport. Some of my party arrived 2 days before me and some 2 days after. I had to send out detailed information about the check in to everyone. However the first to arrive found out that he could check in for the whole party. The electricity was faulty due to a problem with the stove. This resulted in wasted food and no hot water for the last two days. The dishwasher and some plugs were out of action due to this fault. I would have liked a detailed inventory before arrival e.g. I was not sure there was an iron or washing machine at the property. As we were all going to a wedding, I was very pleased they were available. Overall a good experience.
