Marina Apartment located on the beachfront. On the terrace, you can enjoy unbeatable views of the sea while regaining strength with a good breakfast to start your beach day. Imagine, what a privilege to take two steps and swim as much as you want!

Marina Apartment is a modern apartment located on the second floor, it has 2 double rooms with a double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, living room, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, TV with satellite channels and wifi.

You can also enjoy a large communal swimming pool ideal for enjoying with the youngest members of the family with sun loungers and umbrellas.

Its good location on the beachfront will make you have wonderful holidays, just 100 metres away you can enjoy the fantastic marina where you can find the best restaurants in the area, it also has supermarkets, bars, restaurants nearby...

You can also enjoy the fantastic water park just 1 kilometre away.

Lovely flat in the centre of Alcúdia

Lovely flat in the centre of Alcúdia. Very spacious and clean with everything you need and a lovely sea view balcony. Great shared pool with sun loungers too. The area is lively with lots of things to do, a nice beach and plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance too.

Good smooth booking service and excellent communication. Check in works very well. Lovely position, very clean and comfortable. Tea Towels and draining board would be worth providing but otherwise well equiped.

Excellent location, lovely apartment

Monse who looked after us was amazing, especially when we locked ourselves out. He gave us lots of tips for great places to eat, visit, best beaches etc, and was very freindly. The location of the apartment is excellent, shops right across the road, only a few mins walk to the beachport where there are lots of fantastic restaurants. We had a hire car and could always find a park on a street nearby. The apartment is lovely, good air con in all rooms, well apointed kitchen with full size fridge freezer and coffee machine. The wifi worked great as well. Has a nice balcony with view of the beach, and there is a lockable safe. The pool is right next to the beach and was really nice. There is not much shade during the day, but there was an umbrella in the apartment that we took to the pool.

Een mooi goed gelegen appartement bij strand, restaurants en winkels en een uitstekende hostess!

Heerlijk bed om in te slapen. Het terras had uitzicht op de baai en dichtbij de winkels en restaurants gelegen. Het onderstel in de afwasmachine waar je je borden in schikt was voor de helft stuk en verroest. Je kon minder afwas plaatsen. Voor deze huurprijs mocht dit wel in orde zijn.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage. Links raus liegt der Hafen mit Restaurants, rechts raus Strand ohne Ende und hinter der Wohnung liegt direkt ein Supermarkt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Möbel sind in einem guten Zustand. Sehr schöner Ausblick vom Schlafzimmer und Balkon. Abends ist direkt vor der Wohnung viel los, also nicht ganz ruhig. Der Pool war leider nicht so sauber, der müsste öfters gereinigt und kontrolliert werden.
