The complex of this fantastic apartment is wonderful, with its shared pool and garden where you can enjoy a relaxing swim. The beautiful lawn area surrounds the chlorine pool that sizes 12 x 5 metres and with a depth that goes from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. There is an exterior shower to wash off after a long day at the beach which is just a short walk away. An finally, the best way to end your day in this fabulous location will be at the private terrace of this apartment where you can prepare a succulent barbecue or enjoy a great breakfast in the morning.

This first floor apartment without elevator is even more amazing inside. The living - dining room is great thanks to its spaciousness and modern and rustic style at the same time, with a perfect combination of tones and colours. This is the place to enjoy your meals all together, watch the satellite TV channels or rest while admiring the views to the mountains through the windows. The wood stove guarantees your comfort in the coldest days. The kitchen is large and perfect to cook as if you where at home on the ceramic hob or in the oven. The washing machine, iron and ironing board have an independent place for themselves. You will find two bedrooms to rest in the apartment. One has twin beds and the other a double bed, AC and space for a baby cot. A high chair also is available. A bathtub bathroom and two fans complete the accommodation.

The location of this apartment is perfect because you can walk to the beach, go out to dinner to any of the varied restaurants in the area, go shopping and much more. The bus to Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcudia centre, Puerto de Pollensa or Palma passes by every 15 minutes in the summer. We recommend you visit other beaches like the rocky one of La Victoria or the golf course in Alcanada, just 6.2 km away.
