Villa Es Triquet Family is located in the centre of the island in Binnisalem. This spacious house has over 450 m² divided into two floors and has very high and bright rooms. The house has been carefully furnished down to the smallest detail and fully equipped. On the ground floor, next to the large living room and dining room, a large and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a guest bathroom are offered. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the main bedroom en suite and the other two, one with two single beds and the other with a single bed and on the same floor two additional bathrooms with shower. The exterior offers tranquillity and a beautiful garden with a good-sized pool with sun loungers where you can spend good times with family or friends.!!



No groups under 30 years old are allowed.

Tourist tax to be paid on the day of arrival (€2 per person per night)

The house was just perfect, especially with the two children

The house was just perfect, especially with the two children. It is remote but that’s part of the charm, we hired a car and within 5 minutes you can be in the local town which has lots of restaurants and bars We will definitely be back

Lovely house ideal for a family trip of 7 and 3 generations. Including bedrooms for the grandparents on the ground floor. Plenty of space to relax and all means available to escape the big city life. Definitely will come back. Location was not so easy to find but worth the search.

Finca + Garten sind ein absoluter Traum. Alles genau wie auf den Bildern. Pool hat eine super Größe und Temperatur. Schöne Beleuchtung machen das Ambiente auch bei Nacht sehr schön. Küche hat wirklich alles was man brauch. Abwicklung mit der Argentur und Eigentümer, welcher sehr nett war, liefen ohne Probleme. Wir waren ein Gruppe von 8 Personen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 20 Minten Taxifahrt zum MegaPark gehen in Ordnung. Muss nicht unbedingt negativ sein, allerdings liegt die Finca ziemlich abgelegen. Dafür hat man aber auch absolut seine Ruhe. Nächster Supermarkt ist 20 min Fußweg, was in Ordnung geht.

Magnifique maison: spacieuse, propre, bien décorée et fonctionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette zone qui bien située. Le propriétaire a été très réactif lors de nos demandes. Il manquait juste la climatisation car nous étions dans la maison lors d’une semaine très chaude (36 degrés). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Im Gesamten war die Villa wirklich super

Im Gesamten war die Villa wirklich super. Die Küche und die Badzimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat viel Platz im Wohnzimmer und der Aussen Pool war sowieso ein Highlight. Die Better könnten teilweise ein wenig grösser sein. Die Villa ist ein wenig Abseits von allem, aber wenn man ein Auto dazugemietet hat ist auch dieses Problem gelöst. Aber im Grossen und ganzen waren wir sehr glücklich mit dieser Villa.
