Walking distance to everything.
This is a beautiful little 2 bedroom ground-floor house with its own private entrance, patio, and small garden - perfect for a couple with/without children.
The house is part of the original Bishop's house, built 1800.
Very private and cozy, but also bright and light. It has great free wifi (fibre), heating/aircon, plus international TV, inc sports channels.

We love the Lemon Tree House!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Lemon Tree House! It’s a lovely home in a central area of Old Tavira within walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, bus and train stations. The house is spacious and well maintained with a good selection of everyday needs. We especially enjoyed the walkout terrace (from the kitchen) and beautiful garden containing flowers and the lemon tree -which we took full advantage of!! Chris and Dayana were great hosts - so helpful with lots of information to add to our experience of the area. They were available to answer any questions we had and even printed our boarding passes for our return journey! We enjoyed the Lemon Tree House so much that we’ve already booked for next year! Thank you so much Chris & Dayana for making our stay so enjoyable!

Great space, patio/yard, location!

Charming one floor living with generous sized principle rooms for lounging or entertaining 8 people for dinner. Private walled side yard with separate dining space for enjoying Porto Tonicos or your favourite libation. Grassy area for lounging in the sun or shade under a real lemon tree that was ladened with the most amazing lemons. Chris and Dayana were fantastic hosts who love and take pride in their property. They replied promptly to any questions we had and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They also provided us with great resources for exploring Tavira and the nearby villages/towns, beaches with great suggestions and recommendations of what to see, where to eat, etc. All of this and a great central location to boot!
