Welcome to my house! Staying at Serifos Summer Apartment will make you feel like local! Wooden furniture and stone floor are harmonically combined offering a unique Cycladic aura. We provide: a double comfortable, wooden bed, a large wooden built-in wardrobe, two sinlge-sized, cozy beds, one bathroom with washing machine, hair-dryer and hot water, aiconditioning, free wifi, TV, a fully-equiped kitchen, dinning table and two spacious balconies, one at the front and one at the back.

Its cycladic aura and interior decoration will make you feel like local!

An autonomous house that will make you feel as if you stay in your own house in Serifos. Guests may use with respect all the facilities of the house. A cozy, fully equipped cycladic house is designed to offer qualitative stay to guests! Door keys will be provided upon arrival.

Baby-bed and baby-chair is provided! We certainly desire young guests to enjoy their stay, too!

Neighborhood.

The position of the house is advantageous, as you can experience some of Serifos' beauties within walking distance. The beautiful coast of Livadakia is just 150m away, while you may reach both Livadi, the heart of the island, and the port within 5mins and 7mins on foot, respectively. Livadakia is a priviledged area for a visitor to stay in. It is very close to Livadi's restaurants, cafes, gift shops, pharmacy store, super markets and local grossery shops and near to the beautiful seashore of Livadakia. Livadakia is one of the most comfortable places to stay in Serifos. It is a very safe area with friendly locals.

Getting Around

The house is 5mins walk to Livadi, the centre of Serifo's life, and 7mins walk from the Port. In case you want to visit the Chora, there is convenient public transportation - frequent buses (every 20mins) connect the Port with Chora.

If you want to visit Serifo's beautiful beaches, such as Aghios Sostis, Psili Amos, Vaghia, Ganema, Ai Ghiannis, Koutalas, Sykamia, Platis Gialos you may rent a car or use a taxi. You may easily find taxis at Livadi. There is also connection to some of the coasts with bus; however, it is not as frequent as going to Chora.

Depending on my availability, I would be happy to drive you to the island's beautiful beaches and provide tips on where to eat and drink either at Chora or other areas of the island.

Parking

Parking is not allowed at the road in front of the house. Fortunately, you may park for free your vehicle at Livadakia area, very close to the house. However, during the high-demanding season of July-August vehicle parking is not always an easy task.
