The house is located 120 meters from the long sandy beach of Avlomonas and about 900 meters from the center of Livadi and the island's port.



It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, accommodating up to four people. There is a living room with two built-in sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
