THIS PROPERTY IS HAVING BALUSTRADES REPLACED AND BLOCK BEING PAINTED. WE ARE HOPING WILL BE COMPLETE BY END OF JANUARY BUT OWING TO ANY POSSIBLE INCLEMENT WEATHER, WE CANNOT MAKE ANY PROMISES

Apartment 21G is a superb 3 bedroom 2 – bathroom Ocean front property in a superb location overlooking the sea. This property has been the subject of extensive modernisation and is now a very modern and superbly equipped unit.

From the good sized balcony overlooking the rocky part of the beach and promenade lined with palm trees, there are wonderful views to the Black Rock (Rochas Negras) and out to open sea. As the property overlooks the Atlantic there is nearly always a perpetual breeze.

This first floor accommodation is reached via easy rise steps to the front door from where the spacious hallway leads to all rooms. There are two twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes serviced by a full bathroom off the hallway. The master bedroom has a large bed, fitted wardrobes and a superb well appointed shower room en-suite. Patio doors open onto the balcony.

From the superb kitchen with full cooker, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and all the usual utensils, there are views to the sea; one can stand at the hob and look out to sea!

The large lounge/dining room has comfortable seating, dining table and chairs for 4+ people, internet driven TV with a range of channels. Air conditioning /heater. From here, patio doors also lead onto the superb balcony overlooking the sea that is ideal for alfresco dining or that well-earned drink. An assortment of outside furniture is provided for al-fresco dining and sunbathing. There is also a log burner making it suitable for winter rents (logs not provided).

The accommodation does not have pool facilities included, but with the beach and its attractions being 'on the doorstep', it has proven to be an excellent choice for both families and couples alike. WIFI included. The main bedroom has air conditioning unit (heating also). FROM 1 NOV 2024 TO 31 MARCH 2025 AN ALLOWANCE OF 50 EUROS PER WEEK IS INCLUDED FOR ELECTRICITY, THE METER IS READ AND ANYTHING OVER AND ABOVE THE CLIENT IS CHARGED FOR

Familien-Urlaub in Luz

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Luz. In dem traumhaften Appartment fühlten wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohl. Die Wohnung ist groß und exakt wie auf den Bilder eingerichtet. Ich hatte noch nie eine Küche, mit solch einer guten Ausstattung. Es war einfach alles vorhanden. Auch die zwei Bäder sind ein absolutes Plus, wenn man mit mehreren Personen verreist. Die Terrasse, mit direktem Blick auf den Atlantik und die Palmen ist einfach traumhaft. Man schläft abends mit dem Rausche der Wellen ein und wacht morgens damit auf - einfach fantastisch und unendlich entspannend. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz, so dass es kein Problem ist, zum Mittagessen schnell nach Hause zu gehen. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe und auch die Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen. Obwohl die Wohnung so zentral gelegen ist, ist es abends und nachts ruhig. Unser Urlaub an der Algarve wurde auch durch diese wundervolle Wohnung zu einem absoluten Highlight und wir freuen uns alle schon darauf, wieder zu kommen.

Beautiful location and property

The property itself was spacious, clean and boasted a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no complaints about the location and unit itself Did find it a bit strange t that it didn’t come stocked with toilet paper or paper towels. Not sure if that is typical of properties in Luz but we’ve never run into that issue before. Also have a low stock of cutlery and cups. There weren’t enough forks for our group for example so just come prepared. Otherwise the actual stay was fantastic

Wir waren begeistert. Die Kommunikation im Vorhinein mit Valerie war super, als wir dann die Wohnung betraten und die Fensterläden öffneten, konnten wir unser Glück kaum fassen: Der Blick auf das Meer, was so nahe ist, dass man es hören und riechen kann, ist traumhaft. Auch sonst ist die Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Danke!

Dreamy oceanfront apartment

We had an amazing week in this apartment over the Easter holidays. Loved everything about it, the view, the location, the furnishings, the local eatery’s (Real pizza & Puerto Escondido Mexican our favourites), the two beaches on the doorstep (larger one with swings, slide, bucket & spade library from hut, smaller one great for keeping eyes on kids), rock pools abundant we were crabbing most days. Only ten minute drive to Lagos with its beautiful cobbled streets, marina for boat trips and the stunning rock formations at Ponta De Piede. We loved it. Only consideration if travelling with very small children is you will need to keep an eye on them when on the balcony as the railings are quite far apart. it was fine for us just made sure we were out with them or watching them from inside. The balcony was such an asset with its loungers and table. Had breakfast out there most mornings. Not a bad thing to say about it. Valerie was fantastic helping us with car hire and always on hand when we needed her. We are already planing our next trip!

Beautiful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our February stay. The property was exactly as advertised and was very well equipped. Mid way through our stay the property management company popped in for a quick clean up. It was the perfect spot and was a very quick stroll to all restaurants. Highly recommended.

Wohnung mit sensationeller Lage, Meeresrauschen inbegriffen. Luz ist ein deutlich ruhigerer Ort als die meisten Orte an der Algarve, es gibt hier kaum Bausünden. Toller Badeurlaub! Einige Kleinigkeiten an der Wohnung könnten erneuert werden - es gab nur eine (ältere) Auflage für die beiden Liegen, die Messer waren nicht scharf. Aber trotzdem traumhaft erholsamer Urlaub!

Bliss

Once we had seen the picture of the view, nowhere else would do. Then we arrived and it was true! Amazing quiet, convenient position in an attractive small, low rise resort and bay. Safe swimming, huge sandy beach and more lovely restaurants than expected. The flat was immaculate, very well furnished, with decent linen - changed during our stay - everything you might need in the kitchen and a TV with Sky Sports and all other UK channels! Sitting on the large balcony looking at the sea is bliss and the sound of the waves and the wind in the palm trees quite remarkable. We shall be back.

Lage und Übergabe

Die Lage war traumhaft gelegen direkt am schönen Strand von Luz. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert und kontaktlos. Highlight war das Meeresrauschen neben dem Kaminfeuer. Kommen gerne wieder!

Perfect in Every Way

We adored staying in this truly oceanfront unit. The views are stunning, the unit was very clean and pleasingly decorated with tasteful, quality furnishings. The kitchen had everything one needs to prepare meals at home, but there are many good restaurants and beach cafes in Praia da Luz to choose from. Communication with the rental person was easy and very pleasant. Check-in was made convenient with a combination door lock. We are very much looking forward to our next and longer stay in this beautiful apartment.
