Awesome house and location!!!!

We had 16 in our party and the house was perfect. Great accommodations/amenities and very close to the beach access. Highly recommend this property!

Great location with pool!

Great property and great location. Short walk to the beach and can use the golf cart to transport beach gear or just cruise to Seaside for shopping/dinner. Blue 360 very responsive to our needs during the stay, which were few. Would recommend this property for anyone wanting easy access to the beach and also the option of cooling off in the pool on non beach days

Family Vacation

We had such a great trip. The house was perfect for all of our needs. There were 19 0f us with kids ages 2-14. It is a very short walk to to beach, and we loved the pool. The golf cart was an added bonus. We would stay here again.

The home was perfect. We had 6 couples everyone had plenty of space and privacy and great gathering area for games and entertainment. Loved the pool. Home had everything you can think of to enjoy our stay. Can't wait to come back in the spring!

Room for Everyone

This house truly accommodated everyone in our group. Easy walk to the beach and the pool was just right. The included golf cart made it such a breeze to go the square, to the store or to the beach. Not one coffee filter in the house for that first morning, but after that, it was smooth sailing. Would stay again!

December 2017 Stay

We came for a milestone birthday celebration and could not have picked a better place. Exquisitely appointed with the best of everything you could ever want or need. We all had our own bedroom and bath, each one more luxurious than the next. The quiet cul-de-sac was a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach and we literally biked everywhere else! Coming home to a private pool in the evenings capped off each perfect day. We can't wait to return to "time well spent"!

An amazing family vacation!

We loved the house and the ease of getting to the beach. The golf cart was a huge help and a lot of fun to run to Publix or over to seaside for dinner. My entire family enjoyed it all and are ready to come back. The foos ball table didn’t have any balls the entire stay and property managers couldn’t find balls so that was unusable but the teens still had fun with the arcade game. The pool is a great size and was very clean. Golf cart tire went flat one day but was repaired the next day. All 6 bikes were used by our family and were so much fun! Beautiful home!!!! We would return!

Fantastic House- Silent Property Management

This house is just amazing. It is immaculate, beautiful, fully stocked, great location, wonderful pool (so refreshing after the short walk from the beach)! There is construction going on next door that we were told would be completed the previous month (Covid, I’m sure), which worried and surprised us- as we weren't made aware, but they were actually really quiet and it was a non-issue. The only issue we had was with the property managers. I have to imagine this is Covid related, but that was the excuse I made the entire time- from 5 minutes after booking til the morning we left. It was basically impossible to get ahold of anyone the entire time. I called, left at least 20 voicemails, I waited for 2 hours for an instant messager response that never came, I emailed repeatedly, I reached out via the VRBO website. I was responded to three times. Total. The only responses I received was *finally* about securing trip insurance- after I sent an email basically securing it, just with my wording, as I couldn’t get through to anyone. My questions about the rooms (which bathroom was shared), chairs, a bonfire on the beach, a private chef, etc. - all unanswered. So, the “concierge experience“, I’m assuming has been suspended. When I did speak to someone, they were incredibly nice, but it was beyond frustrating. What is the point of all of offering these perks, if you cannot take advantage of them, because you can’t reach anyone? Why book through a property management company if you can’t even secure the trip insurance they offer (which, by the way, was for the wrong company- the company on the insurance is defunct, which I pointed out to them). I think the icing on the cake was when (after being told to not even try to get in 1 minute before 4 PM on move in day or we’d risk being charged for an extra day), I received an email asking us to be out of the house an hour early so they could start cleaning early. Really? Again, the house is amazing and I’d stay there again in a minute, the people I did actually speak to were fantastic, but there is an issue. The company manages a *ton* of properties in the area and needs to hire more people. My family has property we rent out in another state and, as an owner, this is something I’d want to know (as it isn’t cheap to have a company manage your property). So, to sum up (sorry, this is long)... House- 10! Amazing. Property Management- 2. Needs improvement (more staff- & keep the nice ones already there).

October 2021 Stay

This home is located about block from public access, which is extremely convenient! It is neat and clean. When a call was made to the maintenance department, they were very timely in arriving to resolve the issue. We did not think we needed the heated pool, but it was a little cooler than expected and when I called for heat it was practically seamless and immediate. The house is arranged so there is plenty of gathering space and alone space. The private pool was such a bonus with little ones, who want to get up and hit the water and stay late to get more water, especially since "red tide" had arrived. Very comfortable house with all the amenities. Thank you for a fun family weekend and blessings to the house and owner.

October 2021 Stay

We squeezed 6 families in the house and had plenty of space. The pool in the backyard was wonderful - perfect size. The location was also great - less than 5 minutes (on the golf cart) to Seaside and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend "Time Well Spent" to anyone looking for the perfect beach vacation.

Seagrove Beach Property was a Homerun!

Great house and great location. Easily accommodated our family gathering of 17 kids, teenagers, and adults. The large pool and patio were a big hit as was the golf cart. We absolutely loved our week at Seagrove Beach.

Beautiful Beach Vacay

The house is beautiful, plenty of room and space for everyone to hang out and relax. The pool is perfect, but the beach acccess is super close also. Would definitely recommend this property!

July 2019 Stay

Time Well Spent was a wonderful property! Our party of 20 had a great time, and the pool was such a plus for the 10 kids in the house! The double fridge and double dishwashers were very useful, since we cooked most meals at the property. The only suggestion I would have is for more dresser storage in each room so people can properly unpack for a week-long stay. Overall, we loved the golf cart, the included bikes, the pool and the location (less than 10 minutes ride to Seaside and 2 blocks to the beach). 360 Blue was very responsive to anything we needed. The free bonfire was a highlight of the week for many in our party, and we would definitely book a 360Blue property in the future!

Wonderful vacation! 360 hospitality was phenomenal! House was beautiful and supported our needs. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the game room was a hit with the kids. The pool was a life saver after spending the day at the beach it was nice to get in the pool to relax. Loved everything about it!!

Loved every minute of our multi family vacation at Time Well Spent!! The house was clean and well thought out. Loved the pool, beach access, bikes, proximity to shops and restaurants. Did side trips to Destin for deep sea fishing and boat tours (shout out to Captain Shay at Paradise Pontoon for an awesome tour of the gulf wildlife!). My only complaint is we didn't book a longer stay! Loved it...we plan on coming back!

This home was beautiful and accommodated everyone! The pool was the perfect and the private chef hired during our stay with 30A referral was fantastic! We utilized the bikes and the bonfire service across the way!

The house was clean, roomy and beautifully decorated! The pool and game room was a plus with the three teens we had. Each had their own room and bathroom. Location was a bonus, right across from the public beach access and close to wonderful local restaurants! 360 Blue was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and only wished our trip was longer. Thanks for the memories!

Quick Labor Day Family Trip

This place was perfect. I felt that each room was of good size and the common area was great as well. The pool was a plus when we would retreat back after the beach. We had families from Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Georgia there. All were very happy. I only feel that there could be bath linens since it seemed minimally stock. I contacted the concierge and they were dropped off within hours. All in all I would recommend Time Well Spent. It was cozy and perfect for all that was there.

Property is in a great location - very easy beach access with a lifeguard station which offered some great peace of mind as we were a family with young children. House was clean on arrival with great sleeping space. Great pool as well. Entertainment/sitting space indoors was somewhat limited as were cooking utensils and saute pans that weren't a bit trashed but we still had a great time. Wifi was a bit slow but tolerable and there were some mold issues on the third floor we noted toward the end of our stay though I'm sure those will be addressed. Overall, we recommend this Property.

We appreciate your feedback and have spoken with our owner and they have advised that the cooking utensils and pans have been replaced after going through a busy Summer season and will be ready for your next stay! We have also made note of the mildew around the shower exhaust vent where moisture tends to accumulate and have remedied that. We are happy to announce that the owner of this home has upgraded their internet and is now running much faster and smoother! We hope to host you all again for another vacation very soon!

360 Blue 790 N Co Hwy 393 #3b, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 Vacation Home Rental Agency Holly Jule 21 points 2 weeks ago Our family thoroughly enjoyed our summer vacation at "Time Well Spent." The house was clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen well stocked, including two dishwashers and refrigerators! We especially enjoyed the large pool and close proximity to the beach. We loved riding bikes to Seaside and Watercolor! Our teenagers enjoyed hanging out in the game room, playing foosball, Atari games and watching movies. We were very impressed with the attention to detail in order to make our stay the most memorable, comfortable, fun and relaxing visit to 30A!
