The house was stunning!!! Great location and aesthetic throughout the home. There were a couple of hiccups during the stay but the team were on top of it and stayed in constant communication.

Gorgeous House in a Beautiful Community

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house definitely lives up to the description and photos. It is 3 blocks from the public beach and Seaside. It came with a golf cart and bicycles that we used and enjoyed. The downside here is that it is on the other side of Seaside proper, and locals live right there so if you plan on walking outside after 10PM this house isn't for you, unfortunately. Quiet time after 10pm. We had several problems during our stay, which were disappointing, however, the staff did the best they could to acknowledged or address promptly. The best part, July 4th fireworks at Seaside can be seen from the 3rd floor deck! You won't regret a stay in this area!

They never got it going and we had a large group so not what I wanted to deal with on vacation. They did have paper products delivered for us to use.

Great property - can’t give an excellent because the main dishwasher was broken on arrival and not repaired- also couldUse more cooking pots . Pool was great, rooms were great, beds were awesome.

The house itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The open-concept living space was perfect for family gatherings, and the kitchen was a chef’s dream. We loved relaxing by the private pool in the evenings, and the nearby restaurants and shops offered plenty of options for dining and entertainment.

Vacation at Seaside Vibes

Our stay was wonderful, we enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, the beds were so comfortable, the living room/kitchen gave allowed us to all be in room area when we cooked and ate meals together. The text that were sent to us checking on our stay and to ensure we didn't need anything was an added plus! The air conditioner did not work on the 2nd day and a repair man was sent and it was fixed with in about 2 hours of reporting the request. The pool area and chairs were an added plus, after spending the day at the beach we came back to the house and swam in the pool. The bikes and golf cart made it so convenient to travel to the food trucks at Seaside! We will definitly stay at this property again!

Great location

We had eight adults and two 5 yo granddaughters. The bedrooms are lovely with very comfortable mattresses. Sea Side square is a easy five minute walk as well as the beach. The golf cart comes in handy if you don’t want to walk. All of the bathrooms offer a spacious shower. The furniture is comfortable, the pool is small but was adequate for our two five year olds. Would recommend this facility
