Lavant at Woodstock Suites

This self-catering suite is arranged over two floors. It has one bedroom with a super king bed, luxury bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, a cosy living area, LED TV with Freeview, Free WiFi and a hairdryer. The modern en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower. Tea coffee and sugar provided.
Located in the South Downs, the hamlet of Charlton is one of the prettiest places in West Sussex, and Woodstock House has been part of its history and charm since 1740. We have lovingly restored this Georgian House and our collection of luxury self-catering suites to ensure our guests enjoy a great night’s sleep and a comfortable stay.

Our six suites cater for groups of up to 14 people to individual travellers.

Beautifully furnished, the suites have fully equipped kitchenettes for you to self-cater, cosy living areas, LED TVs with Freeview, free WiFi, modern bathrooms, luxury bed linen, and extremely comfortable beds.

Surrounded by woodland, meadows, and pastures Woodstock Suites is a haven for picnics, running, walking and cycling. It is within walking distance of Levin Down, a chalk grassland reserve and home to butterflies, orchids, and other beautiful wildlife.

Chichester Festival Theatre, Cowdray Park, the Goodwood Estate, golf courses, wedding venues and the Blue Flag beaches of West Wittering on the South Coast are all just a short drive away. There also are good rail connections from the cathedral city of Chichester.

Thoroughly enjoyable relaxing weekend, just what was needed.

I stayed in the Levant suite. Couldn't fault the accommodation clean comfortable situated in a quiet village with a great pub on the doorstep. Superb location for Goodwood racecourse. Would definitely recommend and stay here again when in the area.

Beautiful cottage, beautiful location, excellent service.

On arrival at our cottage (suites), we parked our car in the private car park, got our keys from the key safe and walked the very short distance to our front door, on entering the cottage my wife was over the moon, it was our sons wedding the next day and I wanted a bit of luxury for her. We have both said that because of the nature of our visit we didn't spend much time enjoying the cottage, and have vowed to return. .

Lovely experience, delightful and comfortable accommodation

We loved our stay in this suite. The suite is set in lovely countryside and our rooms overlooked a pretty garden. On arrival we had fresh milk and orange juice in the fridge and lovely continental breakfast. The suite had everything needed for comfortable stay. We needed an iron and we rang the proprietors to see if they could possibly loan us one. Within 2 minutes a very nice gentlemen delivered an ironing board and iron to our door!

This is a great place to stay in a peaceful village location with a good pub a short walk away. Very cosy with all the facilities you need. Couldn't believe the speed with which a light bulb was delivered - within about two minutes of sending an email - amazing!

Amazing cottage

We stayed for two nights and I loved the cottage. It is well equipped with everything you will need for the stay including a dining room table in the kitchenette. The bedroom was large and a great bathroom. We were met by the owner who was very welcoming and helpful. There is a lovely country pub two minutes walk with great food.

Lovely place, perfect location

Beautiful 2 night stay at Woodstock Suites. Lovely and peaceful break, with a brilliant pub, 2 minutes walk away. We had great weather too, so enjoyed some lovely walks, 1 public footpath through the fields opposite, and took a short drive into Alnwick on the coast. The apartment was lovely, and had everything we needed for a lazy 2 days.

Comfortable accommodation

We Stayed in the Levante suite for 3 nights whilst we attended a wedding at the beautiful Upwaltham Barns. We were sent an email advising us how to access our accommodation. There was a pint of milk in the fridge and a small amount of tea, coffee and sugar. Kettle, toaster, microwave/grill, 2 electric rings, dining table, settee and freeview tv. Upstairs was a superking bed, drawers, wardrobe, and bathroom with a power shower over a bath and lots of hot water. More lighting needed in bedroom.
