Luxury 2 Bedroom Courtyard Apartment Self Catering (Sleeps 2-4). Lower ground floor Apartment. Modern and stylish. Large open plan kitchen, dining area & lounge, 50 inch Smart TV and roaring gas fire (and central heating). Master bedroom king size pocket sprung bed and 26" Digital TV. Small 2nd bedroom with a bunk bed (2nd bedroom ideal for 2 children or suitable for 1 Adult). High quality bed linen and towels provided. There is 1 bathroom for the apartment with combined bath and mains powered shower. Sleeps Max 4 persons (adults and children). Free WiFi throughout.

Beautiful solid wood floor throughout. Located on the Lower Ground Floor, so no view, but large light windows and bedrooms overlook a private courtyard. Families and couples welcome. We don't accept groups.




Blue Horizon Luxury Apartments at The Helaina are an ideal retreat if you seek modern, stylish, high quality accommodation. They are in a stunning, quiet location at the top of the North Bay close to Scarborough Castle and over looking the Beach. The town centre, harbour, amusements and numerous places to eat are only 5 minutes walk away and the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors can been seen in the distance. The 5 apartments are all recently refurbished to a high standard, including new kitchens and bathrooms, spacious lounges with large Smart TV's, 1 or 2 bedroom options and most have stunning sea views. We provide high quality linen and the master bedrooms have pocket sprung kingsize beds to ensure maximum comfort . The Luxury One Bedroom Sea View Apartment has ground floor access so no stairs. Free WiFI throughout. They are ideal for families or couples.

Parking is on-street outside and all around the apartments.

Beautiful apartment with all necessities for a weeks stay.

Apartment was fantastic, very comfortable and relaxing, everything was spotless, plenty of space, all necessities included, and loved the short walk to the beach. Easy access to courtyard. Loved the open space between the kitchen and living room and the beds were extremely comfortable.

COMFY APARTMENT WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED, CLEAN , QUIET, LIGHT AND AIRY, INTERNET IS SLOW AND COULDNT WATCH FILMS ON NETFLIX, ALSO GOT CHARGED TWICE FOR OUR STAY, PAID IN ADVANCE VIA THE YOUR OWN WEBSITE AND THEN WAS TOLD ON ARRIVALE WE HADNT PAID, I ASKED THE GIRL TO CHECK BECAUSE WE HAD, SHE DID AND SAID ITS GONE OUT TODAY? WE HAD TO GO TO THE BANK TO GET PROOF WE HAD PAID AND WAS STILL CHARGED ! WE DID GET A REFUND BUT SHOULDNT HAVE TO PROVE WE PAID WHEN ALL APARTMENTS ARE PAY BEFORE STAY!

not as good as previous visits...

comfy bed, plenty of hot water, had control of heating on the down side there was no iron in the room, someone left a shepherds pie in the microwave that hadnt been spotted by the cleaners and there was a big spider on its lovely web on the bedroom ceiling , crack in bathroom sink, just small things that make you feel a bit ick if im honest which is shame because we love staying here..easily fixed!!

Great last minute staycation

Beautiful little apartment, even when we had a little grey weather we could stay in, play games and just spend some time together as a family. Utensils for cooking are a little sparse so best to take ready made dishes that require heating when you get there. Also take cleaning supplies as there weren't any sponges/dish cloths. Parking may not be available outside so consider getting there a little earlier so it's easier to carry luggage to the apartment, especially with a young family. Overall I would stay here again ☺️

Great family mini break

Stayed in flat 1 and biggest apartment we've stayed in for a long while. Plenty of room for our 14 month old to toddle about in. Kitchen was well stocked, utensil wise, and two spacious bedrooms. Even the it's in the basement it didn't feel claustraphobic, plenty of natural light from the big windows. Decor well maintained to say it's probably a very well used flat and it was spotless throughout. Great location for both bays and town centre though at the top of the hill so be prepared.

Always our first choice

The Helaina is ideally situated with access to the town and the North Beach. The apartments are well equipped and are tastefully decorated with everything you need. We have stayed there now on three occasions and are already booked for next yearn the apartment block. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Great location, great views, great accommodation.

Have stayed at the Helaina Apartments several times and always enjoy our break. Very comfortable, well equipped apartments, three with amazing views of the coast and castle. Very convenient location for both walks along the coast and an easy walk into town for shops and restaurants. .

Fabulous holiday perfect apartment for families to have home from home experience with perfect views

We first stayed at the Helena prior to having children and being able to come to the apartments has been perfect- even during a pandemic the owners couldn’t have been more helpful!
