To enter the property locate the key box on the side of the property to the left of the stairs as you are facing it.

Access to the property is via five steps leading to the entrance, setting the tone for a charming and homely stay.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a well-equipped and practical kitchen/dining area, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying time together. It includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay.

First Floor

Upstairs, you’ll find a cosy and inviting living room, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring, complete with a Freeview TV for your entertainment.

Also on this floor is Bathroom 1, fitted with a bath and overhead shower, along with a toilet. Ideal for a relaxing soak or a quick refresh.

Second Floor

The second floor offers two comfortable bedrooms:

Sea Life Scarborough at North Bay is about 30–35 minutes’ walk or 10 minutes by bus or taxi.

Local bus stops on York Place, St Thomas Street, and Castle Road are just 2–5 minutes away, and the town centre with shops and cafés can be reached within 5–10 minutes on foot.

Pets are permitted, with a maximum of one per stay. Please note that, due to the property’s historic design, the stairs are steep and winding, which may make the property unsuitable for some guests.
