With typical Portuguese architecture, villa Alegre is a refuge for a relaxing holiday.
It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of the Setúbal Peninsula. Close to everything, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The house is cozy and classically decorated, with noble materials and pieces reminiscent of long journeys abroad.
The open-plan living and dining rooms are bright and face the garden.
The kitchen is well-equipped, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Everyone's favorite spot is the porch, where a large wooden table and sofas have been placed for lounging.
Sheltered and with a brick-built barbecue, it invites to long meals on warm summer evenings.
The large garden is dotted with flowers, and the saltwater swimming pool is a delight for both kids and grown-ups.

Because we didn’t find any companies that provided a complete service on the Lisbon coast, we took care of all the details for our guests to have the best satisfaction.
The idea attracted some neighbors and friends who wanted to be part of our new project.
Thus, we built our local network of hosts, maintenance, cleaning, and laundry providers.

Today, we operate more than 200 units along the beautiful Portuguese shorelines. We keep selecting unique properties that cover all accommodation types.
Our villas are handpicked and negotiated based on exclusive contracts, subsequently inspected and photographed by our local teams, seeking to maintain a high standard according to our guests’ needs and expectations.

The villa is located in Quinta do Conde, where you can find a wide range of shops, bakery, butcher, bank, post office, supermarkets and for those who like to cook their own fish/seafood, there are nearby fish markets at Sesimbra or Setúbal.
The region has excellent wine cellars that you can visit. Wine, cheese and the small Swiss roll (tortas) are the specialties that you can find in a small village nearby called Azeitão.
Sesimbra, the closest city, is famous for its fish and shellfish restaurants.
Lagoa de Albufeira and Meco beach are the closest beaches, 15 minutes by car.
For golfers, there are 2 recommended championship golf courses: Quinta do Peru (4 km) and Aroeira (19km)
