Booking and communicating with the owner was easy and professional. Upon arrival, we were a bit disappointed at the actual size of the living space. It did not allow an adult family of four to hang out comfortably and relax. The dining table is in the middle of a very small room with a 3 seater couch. The TV is mounted almost at the ceiling height and remotes were confusing to figure out. There were only stools at the table, one was broken. No other chairs in the cottage and outside only a picnic table that was not in great shape. It was not as clean as had been described in previous reviews. Lots of flying bugs inside. Also, since the bedrooms did not have AC, so it became hot in the bedrooms at night, and only one had a ceiling fan. It would have been helpful if the owner left something in writing for the guests explaining how to use the remotes/TVs, where extra towels are kept, and labeled the light switches. In sum, it was fine as a home base kind of cottage, but not comfortable to spend time in. We thought it was expensive considering all of the above.
