Adirondack Bungalow Getaway

Cozy stand-alone bungalow features a full kitchen, dining, 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. Perfect for a ski getaway or an amazing week touring breweries and wineries in the Adirondacks. Features a beautiful decorative fenced yard, with patio and outdoor gas fire table. Enjoy evenings on the open air porch and walk out your back door to Hackensack Mountain's trailhead. Just minutes away from downtown Lake George attractions. Leave your hiking gear and ski equipment out of site in the mudroom/laundry room. Safety disclosure: Exterior audio/video cameras on entrance door and parking area are motion activated to record.

In an effort to be transparent with our guests, we are happy to announce that we are adhering to strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols. As part of the VRBO family, we are doing our part to provide a clean, safe environment before, during and after your stay. Contactless check-in/check-out procedures are available and encouraged.

House Rules:

No pets unless previously agreed upon in writing before check-in, and a fee will be charged per pet. Hosts with pets will be asked to provide full legal name and address, and may be asked to present license, certification and/or vaccination papers for pets.

Laney went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed prior to even booking. The house was so comfortable and cozy that I was thrilled to spend one of my days inside watching the snow. A wonderful and quiet spot that I would recommended to anyone.

5/5 — Quiet, Cozy, and Exceptionally HostedI had a wonderful stay at the Adirondack Bungalow Getaway. I originally booked the property to get some computer work done, and the space was exactly what I needed—quiet, cozy, and very comfortable. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind but also stay productive.What truly stood out, though, was the host’s responsiveness and hospitality. When a local power outage occurred, they immediately reached out and even offered an alternative property so my work wouldn’t be disrupted. That level of consideration and communication is rare and genuinely appreciated. The power thankfully came on about 5 minutes after the offer so I just stayed put.Overall, a peaceful stay with a thoughtful and proactive host. Highly recommended.

The listing was just as described. Very clean throughout and was pet friendly. We brought a cat and dog and the owner was very accommodating to our needs. We didn't really need anything, the place was well equipped for cooking even had some spices which was beyond what you would expect. We would recommend this place to everyone.!!!!!!!!

This was a charming little house. We had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and cute. In a quiet neighborhood, you can escape from the more touristy areas of Lake George. Lake George is only six miles away, so you can experience everything there and then return to Warrensburg and relax. You are near the trailhead of Mt Hackensack for some exercise. And make sure you dine at Lizzie Keays.

This property is quaint and comfy. It was easy to find and get to places we visited with ease. The neighborhood is quiet. The host Laney is responsive and very nice! We hope to return next year!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!SCAMMED US OUT OF MONEY!!!!After paid in full in February this year, the week of vacation 8/2-2025 sent me a private text about VENMO or payment in Cash upon arrival for “DOG FEE”.Under the VRBO contract agreement, a host can NOT make you pay after paid in full when dogs were already disclosed to her and paid in full, prior to arrival back in February this year. There was no contract verbage about dog fees only other than “written permission “ after showing dog vaccines up to date. Which we did. 2 days prior she “Laney” requested a Private VENMO for the dogs . Or to pay in cash.. when we arrived due to my asthma, the first thing we did was cleaned her dirty air filters in every air conditioner. They were never cleaned. The bathroom vanity was not draining, clogged with scum and prior guests hair. Yes she came over in the first 5 min we were there to let her know, of the clog, and cleaned it out, but the rest of our 3 days the bathroom had a severe sewer odor that would not go away no matter how much Clorox spray that was in the bathroom for us , Moldy shower and moldy ripped shower curtain (old) not replaced. Couch had a huge rip in it covered by a blanket but we discovered and took pics of it right away so we w would not be blamed for it. Kitchen door had scratches on it from previous animals never fixed took pictures of that and these were severe scratches and gouges. Mice droppings under the sink found in the morning on counter. We had to leave

I have to say this house felt like home. It was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Check in and out was simple, and the communication from the host was great. We only stayed one night but it was restful. I would stay here again.

Lovely Bungalow!

We were blessed by the beauty of this little two bedroom house and felt very relaxed during our overnight stay. Laney was kind and helpful in all our communications. It would be perfect for a longer stay as the kitchen is well outfitted. We are glad we stayed there!

Nice place no air conditioner

Place is nice and close to Lake George, My only complaint is there was no air conditioner in the place got hot 2 of the days just guessing it has window units in warm month not installed yet

Wonderful experience

I couldn't have been happier! Laney was the best owner I've worked with. Due to some construction near the site, she called me on day of arrival and offered an upgrade as she wanted to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The property was ideal, super clean, well appointed and the exterior was perfect, including large yard for dog to run and babbling brook!

Pleasantly surprised

We booked this property on short notice to stay overnight while skiing at Gore Mountain. We did not have high expectations, however, it turned out we booked a valuable place for a very good price. The 5 stars review is relative to the price we paid and what the place had to offer on such short notice. Absolutely clean and well maintained place. It’s very likely we’ll return this season.
