We present a spacious villa in "Rua do Estádio" in Albufeira, perfect for large families or groups of friends. In the heart of the city, a few meters from the shops and about 15 minutes walk from the beach and the historic area of Albufeira.



This house offers a relaxing and fun atmosphere, standing out for its excellent terrace surrounded by plants, ideal for grilling with friends or playing in the garden with children.



The kitchen is fully equipped, providing direct access to the exterior, garden and barbecue, as well as to the living and dining room. The 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor include a suite, a bedroom with three single beds and another with two single beds. All are spacious, with a balcony to receive sunlight during the day.



The three bathrooms share a blue and white tiled decor, two with a bath and one with a shower. The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, parking and all the necessary equipment for an incredible holiday.

Questa villa nel cuore di Albufeira è stata la scelta perfetta per il nostro soggiorno. La posizione centrale ci ha permesso di esplorare facilmente la città a piedi, con spiagge, ristoranti e negozi a pochi passi. Especially the living room was very spacious and there was a good place to cook, eat and relax. All the (cooking) appliances worked well and were very clean. We also really liked the fact that there were three bathrooms, so we didn’t have to wait for each other. Lastly, the communication was always fast, clear and friendly. The only thing that wasn’t great were the beds, which were quite hard and lumpy. But this didn’t bother us too much. All in all, a great experience and an amazing place to visit. .

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser charmanten Villa im Zentrum von Albufeira war einfach wunderbar. Die Lage war perfekt, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen – vom Strand bis hin zu den besten Restaurants und Geschäften. Die Villa war geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem, was wir für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt brauchten. Besonders schätzten wir die Ruhe des Ortes, die uns nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen die nötige Erholung bot. Ein idealer Ort für diejenigen, die Komfort und Ruhe suchen, aber trotzdem in der Nähe des Geschehens sein möchten. .
