Villa was spacious with clean linen and additional towels left in which was lovely and useful.Host was brilliant, after being picked up from airport, brought to rhe check-in centre, bags stored for a small cost, recommended a nice cafe, where we walked abs had some nice food.Got back and was then given a check in code for villa.A small negative is dust on sofas, not great with kids as my 4 year old ended up coughing and was ill, i just feel it could do with better cleaning and dusting. Sandra was lovely to pop in day after and advised about boat ride, which i booked the yacht in Portomao, this was 100/10, excellent! Will do this again. We discussed broken freezer doors with sandra and that the kettle doesnt switch off after boiling and apparently that was known.Beds were comfortable.Kitchen quite dated! Could do with a more morden look!Overall nice experience Customer service team excellent Thanks
