All the equipment of the apartment are completely new, including bedding (mid-farm mattress, (140 or 160cm).
The canape of the living room, comfortable, is a convertible sofa for an extra sleeping.
The apartment is fully equipped (induction hobs, fridge and small freezer, coffee machine, toasters, kettle, cooking utensils…) At your disposal, the basic elements of a kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar...)

Also a washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board. Bath towels, bed linen also provided.

Eliminate your heavy luggage : we put at your disposal the perfect holiday kit during summer (beach umbrella, beach mattress, beach towels, picnic cooler, pétanque balls...)
We also provide for the guests of the 3 apartments, 2 bicycles (one men model and one women model with safety lock.)

Everything nearby, everything on foot. (restaurants, activities, market ...)

This district is a haven of peace, in both summer and winter. This contrasts with its excellent geographical position.

No private parking. A few free parking places available in the street
However, the street behind has a lot of street paid-parking spaces (paid or free depends on hour but not expensive). Nice trick : the app OPnGO to pay on line the right price.

In Cros, as in Nice by the way, there are pebble beaches and that's what makes the place pleasant ... but the sandy beaches are close. (you have to take the car)
